Walking and mountain biking nature trails are just out the back yard and it's only about a 5 minute drive to many of Crestone's spiritual centers. 5 min. drive to trail heads and town of Crestone. Perfect for romantic getaways, retreats or to unwind.

This quiet studio apartment has a plush king sized bed, perfectly positioned for mountain viewing, without having to get out of bed!

Climb the north facing staircase, walk through the private entrance and melt into the serenity of Crestone.

There's a TV with Amazon Firestick, private 3/4 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and kitchenette with sink, counter tops, mini fridge/freezer, microwave and 4 burner petite stove. All of the extras are included (french press, electric kettle, ice tray, dishes/flatware, cooking basics).

Additional Notes: The hot water tank is small, so please limit your showers to 10 minutes or less. There is no dishwasher, garbage disposal, or trash service. Please bag up trash and leave inside the unit and we will dispose it. This space is limited to 2 people.

This is a shared parking area with the main home (called the 'Carefree House'), which is also a VRBO listing and located on the same property as the apartment.

Tobacco & drug free apartment. No smoking or vaping inside the apartment. There's plenty of space outside to enjoy whatever you may partake in.

This is why we highly recommended that you purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of illness/family emergencies/bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc.

If, for whatever reason, you cannot make the trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance.
