Varasimme toisen yön heti perään, tilat viihtyisät - monelnaista all inclusive toimintaa. Ranta lähistöllä ja allasalueet hyvin hoidetut. Vaikka sesonki loppumassa se näkyi vain vähän toiminnassa. Ainoa miinus todella kovat patjat - jouset pinnassa.

При заселении у нас был указан номер с частичным видом на море, но нас не заселили и сказали, что номеров с видом на море нет, хотя они были. При заселении не нашли бронирование и пока разбирались, пропустили ужин, хотя мы просили, чтобы нас пустили покушать. Отель не клиентоориентирован, девушка не ресепе почти прямым текстом сказала, что им все равно на наши жалобы. Еда так себе, для 5 звезд явно не тянет, на 3 звезды. Из миллиона блюд можно было выбрать только 2, остальные не вкусные. Пляж отвратительный, болото одним словом. В отеле понравился только аквапарк и шоу по вечерам. Номера староваты.

Relativt bra hotell for famileferie

Hotell med god plassering ved strand, med veldig romslige familerom med god utsikt mot havet. Barnevennlig hotell med mange fasiliteter, noen du må betale ekstra for (biljard, trampoline, barne underhoødningsapparater o.l.) selv om det var all inclusive konseptet. Veldig god mat opplevelser ved flere sereveringssteder. Servering av mat, frukt, drikke, kaker osv hele dagen. 90% av gjester var fra Russia. Negativt var tidlig musikken som starter å spille fra kl 07. Avløpsstang ved flere steder på hotellets område.

We booked and paid 3 rooms in 6 months advance (booked February, arrived September), requested provide rooms close to each other - reception employees were no flexible, we stayed in different parts of hotel - it looks like reception was interested in extra money for provide us rooms close. Hotel is not interested in private travelers via online portals such Expedia - they are flexible and provide best rooms for guests who booked via tour operators.

Huge territory with different attractions, I liked aquapark, kids zoo, very nice food! I've booked and paid 3 rooms in 6 months advance (booked February, arrived September), requested provide rooms close to each other - reception employees were no flexible, we stayed in different parts of hotel. I've asked for relocate from my room 3 time - due disco downstairs my kids can't go sleep in time, music from disco was till 23-30! My room view was to garbage area - every morning 6-30 arrived car for pick up garbage it was noisy. Beach area is too small - in total 1800 rooms for 2 hotels, it is more than 4000 people stay.

En stor koloni of gamla soviet union och ex Jugoslavien, långt ifrån ett internationellt hotell, 99,9 bara en folkgrupp, åk aldrig dit. Stranden är fullpackat med parasoller och solstolar som sardiner, pooler omöjligt att hitta plats efter 07:30 sinnessjukt, värst av allt är samma hotell kedja 3 stjärnor och 4 stjärnor som ligger intill har tillgång till samma områden som 5-sjätniga om vi kan kalla det så. Haft hemska 10 dagar på det stället och betalt en enorm summa för att få det jag har fått.

Sadece Otel mi Yorum Almalı ?

Otelin odaları, temizliği ve denizi harikaydı. Yemekler daha iyi olabilirdi. Ancak; 1. Lobideki koltuklara yatanlar olmasa ve ben onların ayaklarının değdiği yere belkide elimi koymamış olsaydım. 2. Lobideki koltuklara mayolu ıslak ıslak oturup her tarafı ıslatanlar olmasaydı. 3. Yeni gelenlere yemek masası hazırlamaya çalışan görevlilerden olmadık şeyler isteyip meşgul edip masanın yeniden hazırlanmasına engel olanlar olmasaydı. 4. Poşetlerine kuru pasta, simit, lokum, meyve, vb. şeyleri dolduranlar olmasaydı (hala aldıklarını ne yaptıklarını anlayabilmiş değilim otelde aç kalmalarına imkan yok). 5. Bir kişilik değil on kişilik tabaklarını doldurup sonra da onların çöpe atılmasına neden olanlar olmasaydı. 6. Verdiği parayla tüm otel çalışanları emrine verilmiş sananlar olmasaydı (Sadece hizmet sektörünün çalışanları olduğunun farkına varabilselerdi keşke) çok daha güzel bir tatil geçirebilirdim. Yani her şeyi otelden beklemeyin. Tabiki daha iyi olabilmek için eleştirilecekler ama ya oteller de müşteriler için yorum yapabilseler ne olurdu hiç düşündünüz mü?

çıtayı Allah-u Ekber dağlarına çıkarmışlar

Otele sabah saat 6'da vardım.Saat 7'de kahvaltıya yönlendirdiler.Saat 8'de odamız tahsis edildi.Önceki 3 cümlede sanırım her şeyi özetlemişimdir.Otelin temizlik,yemek kalitesi gayet güzel.O kadar büyük ki keşfetmek 2 günümü aldı.Kaç tane restoran olduğunu bilmiyorum hala :) Aquapark gayet güzel ve hakkını veriyor.Denize 150 metre otel ve aradan yol falan geçmiyor.Yani otelin(resort) içinden gidiyorsunuz gayet güzel.Denizde parasailing,sun bed,banana gibi türlü aktiviteler mevcut. Havuzlara saat 8-9 arası havlu bırakmanız öneriyorum ama deniz için gerek yok her an yer bulabilirsiniz. Otelde gece büfesi de mevcut saat gece 24:00 ila 06:30 arası var yani aç kalmanız imkansız.Snack bar zatensabahtan akşama kadar var yani kahvaltıyı ya da öğle yemeğini kaçırmanız olası değil.Gece büfesi denize 20 metre mesafede olan Lonicera World otelde veriliyor,yani bu otele 130 metre mesafede yaklaşık.Genel olarak yemekler güzel snack olarak bile döner et yemeği veriliyor ana yemekleri siz düşünün.Her gün etbalık tavuk hepsi var ve balık her gün farklı çeşityani sıkılmanız mümkün değil. Çalışanlara gelirsek,hepsi tek kelimeyle mükemmel ve hızlılar.Bu kadar büyük otelin insanı çıldırtacak derecede temiz olması ve çalışanların çalışma hızlarını görmek beni bile yordu diyebilirim :) odaların temizliği tartışılmaz,restoranın ki hiç tartışılmaz,koridorlara laf dahi edilmez. Otele sadece 1 adet önerim var o da animasyonu kesinlikle geliştirmeliler.tatil muazzamdı.

Good hotel but not the best in Alanya

The Good, Nice sea view rooms and Jacuzzi on the balcony if you book a suite. Food was ok but not the best. Rooms are very clean. The bad, Room service is so bad, i asked several times for blanket and ice bucket but they didn't bring also they didn't refill the daily room mini bar. the beach bench are old and dirty no one can speak English only reception
