"The room is serious smelly. The air-conditioner is very weak. I have stayed for 4 nights and tried to ask for a bottle of air fresher to dilute the smell. However, the staff couldn't provide it for me. The staffs are very helpful and tried to change the room. But I found the other room was smelly too. I think the problem is that the air-conditioner is too old. Moreover, no bottles of water is provided even it's treated as a 4-star hotel.
The location is great and convenient for the tourists who take the JR to go there."
