「This hotel was spectacularly overpriced for what it offered. The location was good but the room itself and the bathroom were tiny. The smallest shower I have ever seen. No air conditioning, only an obtuse fan. No ability to leave luggage other than for an additional cost and coffee was a kettle in the reception to fill from your tap. This was a hostel trying to be a hotel and the night we stayed there, there was a significant event in Bilbao so surge pricing meant they charged 5 - 7 times what...

「We had difficulty with the contactless check in. We were told we would be given an access code at a set time ,but we were not, and we had no additional message. At the door we were able to speak to someone, via intercom, that told us our room wasn’t ready. An hour later we were given our access code. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Perfect location.」
