Villa Carrer Tres - Beautiful three bedroom Mediterranean style villa - Close.





Although Villa Carrer Tres is a new addition, it is one of our most popular villas in Son Bou.



Beautiful three bedroom Mediterranean style villa, located very close to the Son Bou beach and the shopping centre. It has a private access for the car and the whole house is built on the same level, so it is very comfortable.



From the street you go up the stairs to the level of the terrace where there is a nice area with outdoor furniture and access to the villa. Inside, has a great living room with TV, air conditioning and open through a bow you access the fully equipped kitchen.



The villa has three bedrooms, the main room, a little larger and with access to the terrace overlooking the sea, has a double bed, air conditioning and bathroom en suite, and the other two with single beds and fan, last a separate bathroom.



Outside there are two areas, the first area, where the pool is located, from it you can enjoy pleasant views of the sea and is equipped with outdoor furniture and the second area has a large terrace with barbecue to enjoy with the family.

The property itself had all facilities listed, however every room and most outside lights were missing at least one working light bulb. Two doors did not lock properly therefore being a security risk. Neither fan in two bedrooms worked properly and the air conditioning unit broke, resulting in maintenance having to come out.
