Enjoy a family holiday in this cosy and comfortable apartment in Alaior, Menorca. Located just 1000 metres from the Son Bou beach, this accommodation offers everything your family needs to enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled holiday.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a comfortable layout, with a separate and fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals for your family. It also has Wi-Fi, and satellite TV so you can enjoy all the comforts.
It has air conditioning in the two upstairs bedrooms; the downstairs bedroom has a ceiling fan.
Outside, you can relax in the private garden, enjoy a barbecue with your loved ones or simply sunbathe on the terrace. The private pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days.
The location of this apartment is ideal for families, as it is just 2000 metres from a supermarket and 10000 metres from the Mahón bus station, making it easy to access all amenities. It is also close to a variety of attractions, such as the Son Parc golf course, just 24000 metres away, and the Splash Sur Menorca water park, 29000 metres away.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.
