「Fantastic location staff was friendly and rooms were really clean」

「Smooth and friendly check-in. Welcomed our pet! Bed was comfy and so clean and nice smelling. We slept like rocks! I left a pair of glasses there and front desk called right away after we checked out. Pool looked inviting but we didn't use it.」

「The floor in the bathroom has a rise in room 312 that the door scrapes over. Paint peeling in bathroon ceiling. It was clean with a zip around mattress protector. The window air conditioner is loud shutting off and on all night. The bed was kind of hard and pillows weren't great. It served it's purpose and was reasonably priced. I wouldn't pay more for it. 10 min easy drive to Hampton beach. Lots of good places to eat on the same strip. 」

「Perfectly situated in downtown area. Everything was in walking distance which I love. Only bug bear was the $40 valet parking which I feel should be a lot less. Would also be nice to have proper family rooms with twin or bunk beds for kids as we were four in a room. Breakfast was terrible and very limited with mainly unhealthy options. There were oranges and apples which was the only healthy choice. They said that the restaurant was closed so wasn’t typical. Otherwise a great hotel.」

「Only stopped was in for the night but this place had it all from rooftop bar to eaterys. Rooms were spacious as well as comfortable. Very tidy five stars」

「Property was clean and well kept. Breakfast was above average and there were plenty of dining options within 5 minutes drive. Downtown Portsmouth was a 10 minute drive.」

「Amazing location. You can walk to the beach and to downtown York in under twenty minutes. Rooms are OK - a little stale and outdated, but if you're moreso looking to explore the area and not so much stay in the room, this is the perfect, affordable place for you! Pool and hot tub were a lovely touch too!」
