Adult Retreat Accommodation not suitable for children
Albany Middleton Apartment is a very comfortable spacious homely apartment that is centrally located between the town center and the renowned Middleton Beach, which now has a protected netted swimming area and it is within walking distance to both or a short drive, where you can enjoy a variety ,restaurants, light meals, coffee & cake or a glass of wine on the beach front.
This apartment is on the ground floor ,is self contained with one separate Bedroom with only one queen bed which is suitable for couples and looks out onto its own lovely private garden and outdoor barbecue area, with off road parking at your front door.
There is a very large living /dining area with , and a well equipped bathroom off the main living area.
A new smart 49 inch digital TV DVD player & sound system & free WIFI and net flix is available
There is a self contained galley kitchen with large fridge microwave single stove burner, electric frypan, kettle, toaster & rice cooker, portable pyrolytic oven and many other kitchen utensils along with a hooded Ziggy barbecue
All linen is supplied along with a continental breakfast,; cereal, milk bread, , .tea, coffee, and various other condiments
The now famous fresh fish & chip take away or dine in, is a stone's thro away from your front door
There are great board walks and cycle ways up and around Mt Clarence and the harbor and to Emu Point, also great vantage points for whale watching and of course very close to the famous Anzac Centre on Mt Clarence
Shopping centers are close by for your convenience as there are many great restaurants to choose from and a pleasant drive to local wineries
Albany Golf Club and Middleton Beach bowling club are only a short distance away.
The Apartment is well equipped, has a reverse cycle air conditioner, extra heater in the bedroom, electric blanket , hair dryer, iron & ironing board supplied
This apartment is ideal for a couple , who are after a comfortable self contained spacious apartment and would like to be our special guests

The unit was absolutely beautiful. Everything you could possibly need and then some. Jo made sure we had everything we needed. The unit was very clean comfortable a home away from home. The location was within easy access to everything in Albany. The beautiful garden the unit looked out onto was an added bonus. Thank you so much Jo for letting us share your home. Highly recommend.

Delightful, well appointed accommodation. Lots of lovely welcoming touches, including checking in after we arrived. Host is approachable should you need. Garden area is gorgeous and the property is well located between the beach and town centre. Also walking distance to great coffee!

Excellent location, easy walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to the town for shopping and dining options.
Cosy, tastefully furnished and well equipped, with a variety of breakfast and other food items provided, plus a beautiful garden. Jo, the host, could not have been more hospitable.

Thank you Jo and Peter from a local senior Albany couple . We read all the previous reviews on Stayz about your accommodation which all spoke highly of their time there and we will add our review that says ,"Outstanding " , a 10 out of 10 for both hospitality and accommodation presentation. During our 3 night stay we felt like we were welcomed and valued guests. Even in the winter the garden presented with an array of colour. And how nice it was to relax in comfort on a electric leather double recliner.

Excellent location
Everything was just wonderful, it was clean, comfortable and I loved the decor - has everything you need, even a parking space for your car. The hosts provided a few simple extras that were a great treat after a long drive, milk to make a cuppa and some yummy biscuits. An added bonus is the lovely private garden you get to enjoy and watch the birds. Very easy access to the beach and to town; short drives. Thank you Jo and Peter.

Location, comfort, privacy.
Comfort just like home. Smaller kitchen however you will want for nothing. Easy to communicate with Jo. Position is an easy walk to shops or just for exercise. Felt extremely safe at all times.
