Good location but uncomfortable beds
I booked this accomodation 3 weeks ahead, during booking I have clearly stated in special instructions section about my kids and ages and booked a 2 bedroom unit. I was confirmed about my booking and paid fully. On the day we arrived , I was told to pay extra 270 dollar for kids as apparently this is a 2 adult payment that I paid. If I was informed about this earlier , I had option to cancel or choose accommodation that I feel worthwhile to pay for. I felt very unfair that I was told on that day. The property manager was not welcoming and leaving informations under the door about above and that the police will be called if we block a parked car etc.
the beds were terrible, we could not sleep most nights , one bedroom was in attic type so felt suffocated ( room 22). It is not valued at all for what we paid at the end.
