讚好:設施服務和住宿狀況
Terrible check in experience. Desk staff didn't greet (or acknowledge my hello) on arrival, had to ask the friendly bar staff to assist.When the desk staff did see we were trying to check in, I was presented with sign up to Hilton rewards form. Room wasn't clean. Hair in bathroom linen and coffee stains on tables. It is a nice hotel, with excellent fittings and offers a good location however a Hilton it is not. Check out and late night staff were excellent in their service and the checkout process quick and well managed. I would try them again to the future, hopefully they will have corrected these issues.
