From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were even offered a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch after our journey. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable — with high-quality linens, a plush bed, and a breathtaking view from the balcony. The attention to detail was clear, from the luxurious toiletries to the little chocolates left at turndown service.

This was disgusting! The smell when we walked in was one thing and lasted for hours after we left, but nothing compared to the bullet holes in the curtains, blood on the end tables, cockroaches on the walls and lamps, ants in the sink, and bugs Everywhere!! We left almost immediately!
