The room had cockroaches ,and mice in it. I know things happen ,but when mentioned to the staff they offered zero help and seemed more annoyed than anything. The hallway smelled like pee as well. Given the latter it’s the better of the two in the area ,but I’d travel further than stay here ...

We stayed here for our son’s fishing tournament at Dale Hollow Lake and we are already making plans to rebook the house this summer so we can enjoy the creek and all the outside activities this house offers. It was so clean and well stocked. Wouldn’t change a thing. Whoever dreamed up this house ...

Very nice cabin near Spring Creek. We were able to walk down to the water and fish because the water level was so low this week. Location is a short distance to Sunset Marina.
