「Great room and Great staff. Very friendly plus an excellent breakfast!」

「Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was relatively clean. Pillows on bed were basically throw pillows. Very uncomfortable. Shower handle was very loose so shower was either red hot or cold.... middle was not an option. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.」

「They were in the process of a remodel. Not sure if our room on the first floor was completed or not. Some things looked new (bedding, carpet) but others were obviously very old. Caulk and paint around door frames was horrible. Paint drops on tile floor and paint spray on door handle. Workmanship very poor. Loose tile in the corner behind the door. Fan in bathroom was taped on the wall above the towel rack. After showering and using the fan, there was dust all over the white towels on the...

「Exterior was falling appart, no hangers, no breakfast, and the exterior door did not lock.」

「Very nice hotel. The only problem I had was the noise level in my room. The guests in the next room watched TV and the sound penetrated into my room very clearly. I could easily hear that they were watching reruns of Friends. This was pretty annoying and I might have asked for a change of rooms, but they eventually turned off the TV and I had no further issues. My feeling was that there was insufficient insulation to deaden the sound between rooms.」

「The room was nice and clean. We had dogs so we appreciated the first floor walk out entrance. Breakfast was adequate, but the grounds could use some cleaning up. Only really noticed this because of the dog walk area. Would stay again.」

「We had a cabin with 2 double beds— very clean, refrigerator, good a/c, coffee maker. Comfy beds with 4 nice pillows! Not updated by modern standards but very nice! 1/2 mile from the very cool Cumberland Falls overlooks.」

「We had a flood at our house and had to cancel. We bought the insurance and was still denied any kind of refund. We love the hotel and the staff is always great but we will not be staying there anymore. We will find a different hotel as our daughter and grandkids live in summerset ky.」

「Room was clean, hard to close tbe door when sun was shining, ac worked great. Breakfast ...none ...no hair dryer and coffemaschine in room. Tv tiny. Low toilet. Shower worked great. Staff friendly. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 day stay.」
