We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was excellent for walking around the many sites of Albi. Xavier was a very conscientious host. He walked around the apartment explained anything we had questions about(his English is excellent). He gave us tips on where to visit outside Albi, walks we could take etc. He also showed us a parking lot where we were able to leave the car for our entire stay for free!! Everything in the apartment worked, there were lovely big windows to open for fresh air, comfortable bed, closet space to give our clean clothes a break from suitcases, a washing machine and drying rack for the dirty clothes and an iron and ironing board. The TV worked more or less with French and English. There was a combo microwave / convection oven which was handy, fridge and a standing fan with a quiet mode to keep the sleeping hours cool. Une partie dans la vieille ville : magnifique architecture , des bâtiments remarquables, avec de bonnes tables.De plus, nous étions très bien logés, à proximité, ce qui est un plus.Aux alentours, visite de Cordes sur Ciel, Gaillac et une journée à Toulouse.

Séjur dédié au festival "Pause guitare". Logé dans le centre ville nous avons pu nous rendre à pieds aux différentes scènes musicales. Par ailleurs nous avons visité la région dans un rayon de 60 km (Belcastel, Najac, Graulhet,...). Nous avons visité Castres et la passerelle de Mazamet en retournant à Marseille. Très beau séjour de 4 nuits. Je recommande la location de l'appartement situé au 22 avenue Gambetta. Le propriétaire met tout en oeuvre pour garantir un accueil et un séjour de qualité. L'accueil était très bien, mais après ça c'est très vite gâté. Il n'y avait pas d'hygiène, four à micro onde très très sale, hotte sale, vaisselle sale et vétuste, On a demandé au propriétaire de nous changer la poêle car elle avait le revêtement qui partait en morceaux impossible de s'en servir , on a eu l'impression de le déranger c'est irrespectueux, en plus il nous accueille on lui demande de faire l'état des lieux et l'inventaire, il nous dit qu'il n'y a pas besoin, on comprend pourquoi, on 'à même pas signer de contrat sois disant qu' il nous faisait confiance, on loue souvent car on part souvent en vacances, mais des procédures de locations comme ça on n'a jamais vu. On avait loué du 03/12/2022 au 10/12/2022. Mais pour tout vous dire on est resté qu 'une nuit tellement c' était déplorable en tout points. En plus on a payer du 03/12/2022 au 05/12/2022 Il nous a compté 2 nuits et surtout qu'on a dormi qu'une nuit et c'est parce qu'on était fatigué sinon on serait parti le soir même. On trouve ça inadmissible, cette location est à fuir. On ne l'a recommande à personne.

L'appartement correspond tout à fait à ce nous attendions : proche du coeur historique d'Albi ( à quelques minutes à pied ), proche des commodités ( commerces de proximité) et de parkings. L'appartement est situé au 1ier étage donnant sur la partie intérieure de l'îlot, ce qui lui confère beaucoup de calme et de lumière. Les fenêtres sont équipées de persiennes qui protègent des ardeurs du soleil. 4 personnes peuvent facilement y loger, une chambre est équipée d'un lit double et dans le salon un canapé convertible peut en accueillir 2 autres. La literie est de bonne qualité. La cuisine est équipée de manière complète : four micro ondes, machine à café, réfrigérateur/ congélateur,... Salle de bain avec baignoire où il est possible de se doucher. WC séparé. Wifi de très bonne qualité et télévision sur fibre. Nombreux rangements. L'appartement était d'une propreté irréprochable, ainsi que les serviettes et draps. Aussi un très bon accueil de Xavier-Marie (notre hôte) qui nous a expliqué tout ce qui est nécessaire à un bon séjour. Merci ! Pascal et sa famille.

We spent 4 nights in Xavier-Marie's apartment and had a wonderful time. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and he was most gracious in meeting us and giving us instructions about the apartment. He also made some great suggestions about what to do and see while in Albi. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again!

Nous avons passe un très beau séjour chez Xavier-Marie qui est une hôte accommodante, discrète et serviable. L'appartement est top : spacieux et tout neuf, propre et aménagé avec gout. En plus il est à deux pas du centre ville d'Albi. Je le recommande sans la moindre hésitation. C'est du 5/5 pour moi !
