Very helpful and friendly staff. Also the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We didn’t use the pool but they have a nice indoor pool, WiFi, and the host at the front desk made me the most incredible cup of coffee when we checked in (I was exhausted and he could tell!) will definitely stay again when in the area.

The place was dirty. No coffee in room or hairdryer, curtains had big hole in it, shower dripped, no breakfast bar like most days in, afraid to walk without shoes on carpeting. Overall you should bulldozer it down and build a new one on site.

The hotel looked as old as it's age. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Carpeting and walls were in disrepair. The shower head was hanging from the wall. Just a very bad experience. Even for the money I would not recommend.

Unfortunately, the hotel is poorly maintained, if maintained at all. It needs a full renovation and a good cleaner. The front desk staff was very friendly, tho.

This place is AWFUL. Within 10 seconds of walking into our room I had to kill a cockroach. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. Our toilet wasn't bolted down. The blankets are paper thin. There were 2 very obvious crack heads sitting outside the door when we pulled up. People were playing their music super loud in the parking lot until late. They charged a $50 fee on top of our room fee, but they did return it. I'm not a bougie person at all but I would never stay here again. The only decent part was the pool.

This was a quick weekend trip for a wedding. The hotel clearly has not been updated since it was built. Rooms were supposed to be non-smoking but the original room assigned raked of cigarette smoke as did the hallway going to the room. They did.” upgrade” us to a Jacuzzi room. The room did not smell of smoke, but the Jacuzzi also did not work. There are signs everywhere stating they are in the middle of a remodel. I’m not sure how long it’s going to take, but there’s a lot of work to do! Typically eight days and will have breakfast, but we were informed at check-in that there is no breakfast only coffee available. The bed was comfortable, and it served our purpose that we will not book again.

I've stayed at days in before, and received great customer service. The staff was not helpful at all. I had several rooms because we were there foe a graduation. They had cheaper rates the day of and would not honor there current rate. The hotel rooms looked as if they were all under construction. Two of the rooms had broke. Faucets. The tub was filthy. Stains were on the sheets in two of the rooms. I will never stay at this location again.
