You wont believe how brilliant the stars are because how dark it is at night. The closest inhabited house is over a half mile away from the property. There are 4 primitive tent sites on the property. RV has a large battery bank with a large solar panel and a generator you can run for 4 hours a day (respect the neighbors please). You will need to bring sheets, blankets, towels, charcoal for the grill and drinking water. There is 40 gallons of water in the camper for the toilet, sinks and shower. If more water is needed or the septic needs to be pumped out that can be done for $40 each.
