“Our room was lovely and clean. The breakfast room was well stocked and we were invited to help ourselves to snacks anytime. The staff was helpful and personable. We only had occasion to stay one night, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we had reason to be in the area.”

“We’ve stayed here in years past in our travels to Ohio. We stayed there yesterday and our room was dirty which whatever we were not impressed but it was only a night. Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working either. This morning we went down for breakfast and they had nothing to offer, no coffee either. Apparently they said there delivery never happened but after talking to staff it seems like this has been happening fairly regularly. Thumbs down!”

“This is our 5th stay at this location. The room was clean at check in-great. On our last day the towels and trash were taken care of but the bed was not made. The set up of the room bed-tv-chairs and table was not user friendly. If you wanted to watch TV in bed you would have to turn the tv towards the bed to get the proper viewing angle. “The landscaping was beautiful and colorful. The parking lot was well maintained. Our room was very clean and comfortable.”

“Some of the lights in the bathroom were not working, the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and I had to have my room keys activated 4 different times. Will find a different place to stay next time”
