Its fantastic terrace and the complete facilities of the residential development will ensure you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay, combining the tranquillity of the beach with proximity to Valencia city centre.



The 72 m² apartment has the following spaces:



- Spacious living-dining room with sofa and 2 armchairs, HD TV, dining table for four people and direct access to the terrace.

- Furnished terrace equipped with rectangular table and 4 chairs to enjoy breakfasts and dinners outdoors.

- Fully equipped independent kitchen with gallery, which has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

- Master bedroom with double bed of 150 × 190 cm, wardrobe and direct access to the terrace.

- Second bedroom with two single beds of 90 × 190 cm, wardrobe, bedside table and full-length mirror.

- Complete bathroom equipped with bathtub, sink, toilet and mirror.



It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel). Nespresso coffee capsules and 1 bottle of mineral water.

The neighbourhood:

Patacona beach, Alboraya is a must-visit during your stay in Valencia. This area maintains its charm during the summer season, as well as in winter. 100 metres from the apartment there are all kinds of services and leisure facilities, supermarkets, trendy restaurants, beach loungers, beach volleyball facilities, the museum of Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez…

You will enjoy the proximity of the Valencia orchard, which dates from the Andalusian period. To the classic crops that were already cultivated in Roman times, cereals, vines, olives, are added rice and chufa as the most characteristic of this area, as well as vegetables such as aubergine and artichoke.



How to get around

Just a few metres away from the apartment there is a bus stop available (lines 19 - 31), taxi and cycle lane.



House Rules:

- No parties.

- No smoking.

- No more people than those booked.

- Responsibility, respect and good conduct towards all facilities in use and towards neighbours.

- No pets. Except certified emotional support animals. This exception is subject to an additional cost and prior verification of the pet's official permit or certificate.

- No rubbish in the accommodation. Rubbish bins are located on the street. Valencia has a daily rubbish collection service for 4 types: paper / glass / containers and plastics plus general waste.
