About the space:

As soon as you arrive at the Eclipse, you'll be captivated by its striking black A-frame exterior. The Eclipse is a newly constructed modern cabin, with expansive views of the woods to embrace, making it a perfect cabin for every season!

Stepping inside, natural light floods our open-to-ceiling living room and dining area, offering breathtaking views of the boundless woods. In our living room, a cozy gas fireplace sets the perfect ambience for warm conversations. Dive into entertainment with our 65-inch Roku TV and sync your vibes lounging on the sofa with our Marshall Bluetooth speaker. Oh, and don't miss the chance to step back in time by making popcorn in our old-school kettle machine for a delightful snack or the perfect movie night!

Our modern kitchen, fully stocked with two coffee machines, a selection of teas, pots and pans, and baking utensils, invites you to explore your culinary and baking adventures.

Down the hallway, you'll find a bedroom with a king sized bed and a bedroom with a queen sized bed, each beautifully designed with accent walls and equipped with 55-inch smart TVs. This floor also includes a full bath, with a modern floating vanity, toilet, and a bathtub with gorgeous aqua tiles. Behind the staircase is our utility room, which houses a washer, and a dryer available for your use.

Upstairs, an entertainment haven awaits - challenge your companions to board games or immerse yourself in the nostalgia of Pacman and many other arcade games on our arcade console under the "moonlight". Adding to the ambience is our beautiful neon sign, compelling you to capture your memorable group photos.

The second floor also offers a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a 55-inch smart TV and a dedicated workspace with wifi speeds up to 500 mbps for seamless connectivity. The bedroom has an attached full bath, with a modern floating vanity and a shower with stunning tan tiles, and a rain shower head giving you an atmosphere reminiscent of a spa.

Our house also offers an in-built coat hanger and shoe-rack to keep the entrance area clutter free, and a shoe dryer for your convenience post your hiking adventures.

Outdoors, our deck adorned with string lights and a grill sets the scene for breathtaking sunsets and enchanting evenings, complemented by futuristic LED lights around the A-frame. Challenge your loved ones to a friendly outdoor games such as corn hole, disc golf, and laser tag amongst boundless views of the lush green woods. ♦ We have a Pack 'n Play crib available upon request. If you require it, please let us know during your reservation confirmation, and we will ensure it is set up for your stay.

♦ Children under 8 years old are not permitted in the hot tub due to risk of overheating, dehydration and drowning. Those aged 8 to 15 must have adult supervision at all times

♦ There is no trash pickup inside the community so we request all guests to take all trash to the trash compactor which is a 5 minutes drive from our house.

♦ Outdoor open fires are strictly prohibited by the community

♦ Every booking will receive 6 wristbands for the seasonal community amenities listed above and a pass for your vehicle(s). To have access to the community amenities, we must register with the HOA at least 3 days prior to your arrival.

♦ To register with the HOA, all bookings will be required to complete the following before getting access to the property:
• Full name, mailing address, and phone number of the person booking and full names and license plates of all individuals bringing a vehicle.
• Acceptance of the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct
• Completion of the Rental Agreement (link from Docusign sent in email)
