Villa Laguna is an elegant four bedroom villa, perfect for a comfortable stay in a privileged location. Located in the prestigious area of São Rafael, close to beaches, restaurants and bars, this property combines comfort with contemporary style.



The spacious open plan living and dining area offers a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for socialising and relaxing.



On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, providing comfort and privacy for guests.



On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom en suite with a bathtub. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring added convenience for all.



The fully equipped kitchen allows meals to be prepared in a practical and comfortable way.



On the lower level, an elegant games room provides entertainment with table tennis and a snooker table, ideal for enjoyable moments during your stay.



Outside, a covered terrace with wicker furniture leads to the heated swimming pool available at an additional cost and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining and leisure moments.



Villa Laguna is just a few minutes drive from Albufeira, including the marina, the Old Town and the famous avenue with restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. Nearby golf courses make this property an excellent choice for relaxing holidays in the Algarve.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Great Albufeira Stay

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, and all the essential amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to beautiful local beaches and charming restaurants. Having our own private pool was a wonderful perk, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. With a family of six, we found the space to be more than ample, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The game room was a fun bonus that added to the overall experience. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay!

Lovely villa but with a few extras would be excellent

The Villa was lovely, spacious, well equipped. The location was peaceful but within a short drive of the main town. The swimming pool and gardens were excellent. Just a couple of suggestions, some basic cleaning supplies would be appreciated and would enable guests to keep the property clean and tidy. More than 1 toilet roll per toilet isn’t that expensive and the guests would appreciate it I’m sure. Heating the pool is charged at a weekly cost even if you don’t heat it for the full week, this was disappointing and expensive. We did have a lovely stay but changing these little things would have made for a perfect stay.

Very Pleasant Stay

The villa is very well equipped and had everything we needed. Shower towels and beach towels are provided so you needn't pack any. The pool was a little cold on day one and we paid to have it heated so by day 2 it was fine. There is plenty of spare bedding and pillows. The games room was lots of fun with a pool table and table tennis. Check in Process was seamless - there is a key pad outside the villa and management will let you know the code ahead of your arrival. We had a welcome visit the morning after we arrived who was lovely and had a wealth of knowledge about the villa and the area itself. We had her phone number and she was extremely responsive if we needed to make contact. Location - it's a 10-12 min walk to a small beach which has a beach bar. Lidl is around 10 mins in a car but Ubers are reliable and reasonably priced. There are a handful of restaurants within very close walking distance. Or you can go to the Marina for more restaurants which is around a 30 min walk. All food is amazing! The main town of Albufeira was 10-12 mins in a taxi. There are quite a few hills to contend with and one of our party struggles walking long distances but she coped pretty well so its not totally unbearable. The outside space is lovely - 8 sun loungers around the pool, lots of other seating and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. The villa also has a security alarm. In summary, we had a wonderful time and I would 100% recommend this villa.

Our group of friends had a wonderful time at Villa Laguna. The villa is spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the facilities you could wish for. We loved having breakfast outside every morning with a view of the pool. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. We had an amazing stay at Villa Laguna. The location is excellent, just a short walk to São Rafael Beach and local restaurants. The villa is beautifully decorated with a modern touch and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our kids loved the games room, and we spent most evenings by the BBQ and pool area. The house was spotless and very comfortable for our group of nine. We would definitely love to come back next summer.

Beautiful Villa with Great Amenities

Villa Laguna exceeded all our expectations. The property is even more beautiful than in the photos, with stylish interiors and a fantastic outdoor space. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and we appreciated being able to heat the pool since we visited in spring. The games room was a huge bonus for the kids and adults alike. The location is quiet yet close to Albufeira’s old town and the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Excellent stay

The contact with Olivia was great, right from the initial booking enquiry. The property was ideally located, about 35 mins drive from Faro airport, and was very easy to find. It took a phone call to work out the sliding door to gain entry for the car worked via remote control which was in the house, but was easily sorted. Very clean and comfortable house, with everything you could need. It was very spacious. We had the pool heated, which was definitely worth it in October. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the gorgeous beaches, and the marina in Albufeira, where there were more restaurants and bars. We hired a car, but won't bother next time as everything was so close. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous, spacious, spotless modern villa finished to a very high standard. Superb.

A glorious week with our family of 6 plus our 9 month old grandson. The pictures online don’t do the villa justice. It is huge and has loads of space for 8 people, let alone our 6 adults and a baby with a spare room we didn’t need. Beautiful grounds, 3 x dining tables 2 inside and one outside for dining, 2 living room areas 3 balconies and loads of space, sun beds and parasols. All appliances are Zanussi and everything works, with the added bonuses of every single window and French door having electric shutters for both security and sunshade during the day, with video entrance and alarm too, 5 star property, really good Wi-Fi and Meo Sky on the televisions too. Pool heating and even an electric sunshade if you need for the alfresco dining table next to the built in barbecue next to the pool. Great service from Carlos in a really good, quiet dead end street, 100yds from Seasons sports bar and a 15 minute walk to the lovely new marina. We are already looking at next year! Time Together

It was everything we needed to relax, recharge and have a great time getting together with plenty of room in and around the villa. We booked for nine and there was definitely enough space for us all- sadly only 8 sun beds. Lovely little beaches within walking distance, shops and sports bar at the end of the road. Shop lacked fresh salad type foods. So we did get an uba to Aldi for €8 and managed to get a big shop in to enable us to bring the cost down and get a better variety of food. It was great that a rep came out to the villa however it would have been helpful to have a welcome folder in the villa with local information and top tips. Would return, everyone had a lovely time.

Fantastic villa

As a family of 5 we spent a week here and were very impressed. The villa is larger than the photos suggest, very spacious in all of the rooms. The pool area is great and you can easily spend a whole day catching the sun. Location wise, a beach is 10 minutes walk away and it’s only a 10-15 minute drive into Albufeira Old Town. I must mention having not been to the Old Town for 14 years I was surprised at how tacky it is now. The villa on the other hand is in a quiet residential area and is much better in my opinion. We used Uber a couple of times to get around which was quick and efficient however there are numerous restaurants within walking distance and the ones we went to all served really good food. There is also a family friendly sports bar about 30 seconds from the villa which also has live music, good food and well priced beer. I would highly recommend this villa.

Perfect Family getaway

We were pleased that we were able to access the property when we arrived, which was a few hours before the usual check-in time. The villa had plenty of space for all of us, with decent size bedrooms and three bathrooms and a kitchen with everything we needed! The wifi worked well and there was a decent choice of TV channels. Will be booking this one again. Ideal for families.
