Fabulous apartment

Great apartment right on the seafront at Olhos De Agua. Two good sized bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen with washing machine. All the restaurants are just by the entrance to the apartment and we particularly liked the Italian place. The beach is a very short stroll and very clean too. Good to have two bathrooms as well. Guy was very helpful and allowed us a late check-out which was much appreciated. We would like to come back one day!

The location of the property was fantastic beautiful views of the beach . The apartment was good but i had a couple of minor complaints the upstairs shower and toilet room was off the living area which i dont like and there was no wardrobe inthe upstairs bedroom just a hanging rail wirh very few hangers. The pool area really neded a bit of upgrsding very few sunbeds and of the ones that were there a few were broken . We did have a lovely holiday but for the price of the apartment for two weeks there is a few things needing looked at .

Lovely stay in Olhos de Água

Great stay, the apartment was very spacious and clean, everything was like described and totally exceeded my expectations! It was so close to the beach (about 1 minute walking), and the pool was very nice! The host was very nice and Ivany as well.

The property was well presented, all Air Con units worked well. Some difficulty in communicating with the owners local representative as Portuguese was the only spoken language, othe than that we had a most enjoyable experience

Fantastic location in Olhos D’Agua

Bright spacious apartment close to ……….everything , beach, restaurants, small shops and delicious ice creams. Clean , comfortable well equipped apartment with a large rooftop terrace to catch the sun and hear the sea as it is so close. Excellent communication with Guy both before and during our holiday . We really appreciated the late check out on our departure day . Great holiday.

We had a superb 10 days in Olhos Du Agua, very relaxing and some excellent restaurants and cafes

The apartment was absolutely lovely, great location, and with stunning views. Everything was perfect, and I have to say the owner Mr Rouja was very obliging and helpful. We had a minor issue with some seagulls at the pool, leaving a bit of a mess. Mr Rouja was e mailed, and he quickly got this sorted for us, and even offered some compensation for our troubles, which was very kind but unnecessary as the seagulls weren’t his fault. That’s nature for you. All in all a superb break, and I would definitely use Mr Rouja and his apartment again when we visit next time. 😀

Magnifique sejour

Nous étions idéalement situé, il y a tout pour passer d excellentes vacances, piscine, mer, restau, parking privé. Climatisation bref il ne manquait rien. Je recommande vivement cette location. De plus l' algarve est une si belle région . Vraiment des vacances inoubliables. Le propriétaire est tres aimable.

Nice apartment in great position.

The apartments are the best on the top floor with the terrace. Everything was lovely. Great position, great restaurants lovely local people small beach but nice and you can walk to bigger beach if you wish. Olhos de Agua is lovely. Small enough to be more quiet and relaxed but big enough for a variety of restaurants and bars. I will be going back. Only negative thing about this apartment was the beds were a bit hard for our liking. Easy taxi ride to Albureira and Vilamoura.. 30 mins taxi from airport. Good communications with Guy the owner. Apartment is well equipped for crockery and cutlery is you wish to eat in but we didn't.

Amazing holiday in an amazing location

The apartment is just as described. On check in we met with Ivany who kindly let us in, her English was limited but her son helped with all our questions. Parking is really handy, and the apartment has everything you need. The view from the rough terrace is perfect and the furniture means you can literally spend all day there! Pool is up a few flights of stairs from the back of the apartment and was lovely and clean. Very quite during our stay. There were some noisey seagulls, but it's a fishing village and you get used to it! Overall an amazing holiday in a perfect location. Couldn't ask for anything more!!

Um duplex de boa qualidade numa boa localização. Bem equipado com tudo do que se precisa. Apenas a referir a piscina que não tem a qualidade que merecia o apartamento. Está bem localizada (apesar do acesso ter muitas escadas) mas é de pequena dimensão. No entanto muito limpa e as áreas envolventes arranjadas.
