Jessica and Ashley were great to deal with, as was Paula. The apartment is very well located and was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well supplied and we appreciated being able to have a few items in the fridge for our arrival. The shower was excellent. Sadly, because of the unusual amount of rain and leaking roof we had a pail inside our door and 4 outside the apartment. We emptied them many times. Because of the dampness and a broken heater in one bedroom, the bed felt wet and the room smelled very musty. Without a dehumidifier soon, things will get worse. The beautifully renovated bathrooms already had water damage near the floor and the veneers were starting to come loose from kitchen cabinets. We love the building from a previous trip so hopefully those problems will be remediated. Unfortunately you can’t do much about the heavy smokers next door. Smoke made its way into the apartment often.
