  • This gorgeous 3 bedroom villa in Guia, near Albufeira, 5Km to the nearest beaches: Galé, Salgados, Lourenço, Castelo, Coelha, S.Rafael. The villa is located in a very quite country side area, 600 mts. from the famous village of GUIA and has magnificent views over farmland towards the coast line. Has its own private pool 8x4 mts which can be heated (at a supplement charge).
    It comprises, on the groud floor: 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms being 1 ensuite. Spacious Dinning and Sitting area /open space fully equipped Kitchen. On the 1st.floor, a master suite with bathroom and north/south sunny terraces with beatiful panoramic views. This villa has fantastic outside space making this the perfect family holiday retreat.
    It is also fully air conditioned throughout.
    The owners, Manuel and Josie live in the adjoining villa, but your privacy is guaranteed.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax. The pool was absolutely gorgeous, and the outdoor area felt very private, making it the perfect place to unwind.Sara was an exceptional host—she was always quick to answer our questions and even stocked a few thoughtful items in the fridge for our arrival, which was such a nice touch. The surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful, making our stay even more enjoyable.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again someday. Highly recommend!

Perfect villa for the Algarve

Very clean and spacious property with a lovely garden and sizeable pool that can be heated on arrival for an additional fee. Close to the sea, restaurants and Zoomarine - which is a must-visit day out for families. Our host was very welcoming.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa und haben den Pool (wir haben sehr gerne das Geld für die Beheizung ausgegeben) sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist super, es ist alles vorhanden! Sara ist wahnsinnig nett und steht immer hilfsbereit zur Seite. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft von Herzen weiter! Man kann dort wunderbar abschalten und seinen Urlaub genießen!

We stayed at this villa for 31 nights and enjoyed every one of them. The location is at the end of a street, so it is very quiet, no traffic. The views from any of the 3 balconies are wonderful. The pool and outdoor area are a great place to relax and enjoy the Algarve sun.The villa was exceptionally clean. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Nice large dining room table with comfortable chairs.The living room sofas are comfortable. The beds are also comfortable.Excellent water pressure for showering.15 minute walk into Guia. Short drive to many beaches.Sara looked after the car rental which was delivered and picked up at the villa.What really makes this villa worth staying at is Sara and her mom Josie. If we needed assistance with anything they were always available. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the villa. Sara greeted us at arrival and told us everything we needed to know. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was warm and we used it everyday. Definitely recommend this accommodation.

Fabulous villa

We loved our stay. The villa was a great size & had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The outside space & pool was ideal for our family of 5. It is a short walk (10 mins) into Guia for the local restaurants and a 10/15 min drive to Albufeira. We will definitely be back again!

Guia Holiday July 2025

We had a fabulous holiday at Sara's family villa and I could not recommend it highly enough for an Algarve retreat. Sara was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble for her. Ideally located to see all parts of the beautiful Algarve cost and we had lots of fun at the annual Guia Frango Festival. Most evenings were spent on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sun sets. A fabulous trip and a wonderful property.

Relaxing week

Lovely villa in a very quiet location. Short drive away to Aldi, Apollonia and the Algarve shopping centre. Villa is very well equipped and the pool area is delightful. The owner Manuel and his wife Josie are the most nicest and friendly people.

Séjour exceptionnel

Sara est une hôte exceptionnelle. Elle a su nous accueillir avec beaucoup de gentillesse et elle répond rapidement à nos besoins. Se fut un séjour très agréable, tout est à proximité. La possibilité de se rafraîchir à la piscine a été un plus compte tenu de la chaude température.
