Villa Hawai is a charming holiday home located in Albufeira, ideal for families and groups of friends seeking comfort and tranquility in a welcoming environment.



The spacious living and dining area, with direct access to the outdoor space, offers a bright and comfortable setting for relaxing and enjoying quality time together. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two bunk-beds, as well as an additional guest bathroom.



On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two with twin beds, one of which is en suite, and another with a double bed. There is also an additional bathroom on this floor, ensuring full comfort for all guests.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals with ease. Outside, the lovely garden with a private swimming pool and barbecue invites you to relax and enjoy pleasant moments outdoors in a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.



Villa Hawai offers the perfect balance between relaxation and leisure, located just a few minutes from the center of Albufeira, close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful Pescadore´s Beach.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

As for the villa itself, it was perfect for our needs

Overall, our stay at this villa in Albufeira was everything we could have hoped for and more. It provided the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. The holiday was made even more special by the unforgettable boat tour organized by the local company. We're already counting down the days until we can return!

Great family-friendly stay

I had a wonderful time during my stay. The house was bright, spacious and perfect for relaxing with family, especially with the lovely outdoor area and pool where we spent most evenings. The peaceful location close to everything made the stay even better. At the end, I also appreciated the chance to enjoy one of the company’s boat tours, which made the trip unforgettable.

Beautiful clean and spacious villa in a quiet residential area with a great pool.All the amenities you might need and lots of bathrooms.We waked to both the old town and new in about 20-25mins. And the supermarket is a 5 min walk.The furnishings are a little tired, pool loungers need tightening/replacing and no umbrellas. Beds were a little hard for my liking too….

Prima huis op een prima locatie. Lekker ruim. Alles was schoon. Minpuntje was dat de vaatwasser de eerste dag er al mee stopte en dat deze weg werd gehaald, maar niet vervangen. Het gehele verblijf geen vaatwasser gehad, terwijl een aanwezigheid van een vaatwasser voor ons belangrijk is in onze keuze. Inchecken ging niet zoals het hoort, maar uiteindelijk zijn we eruit gekomen.
