Localização muito boa, bairro tranquilo, próximo à praia, piscina excelente, bem próximo ao centrinho comercial com supermercado e restaurantes. O apartamento tem praticamente todos os itens para uma boa estadia. Só senti falta de um guarda-sol e cadeiras de praia pois as boas praias que visitamos tivemos muita dificuldade de encontrar quiosques disponíveis para locação. Acredito que este é um baixo investimento para o proprietário mas faria um enorme agrado agrado para os hóspedes no período de alta temporada. Seria um grande diferencial, fica aqui a dica.
