Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Varandas Du Mar complex. This ground floor apartment is all on the same floor.
Less than 150m from a beautiful, sandy beach. Front line apartment in the centre of Olhos d'Agua overlooking village and beach. Close to friendly bars, restaurants and shops. All amenities within easy walking distance. There is a picturesque walk down to the beach via steps, or a lift will take a more leisurely journey to street/sea front level - a bonus for wheelchair users or pushchairs. Air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, sleeps up to 6. Ground floor access to apartment and lift access to beach and swimming pool. Living room and kitchen have patio doors leading onto our balcony with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Ideal spacious holiday apartment.Lots of places to eat and drink all within walking distance. The beach is near, although we preferred the pool area. The terrace is in shade most of the time which suited us.

Lovely and comfortable apartment, with everything we need for a relaxing holiday. Olhos de Água is a beautiful beach and there are more lovely beaches near by. Albufeira is just a few miles away.The communication with the property owner and with the property manager was straight forward. They are honest, reliable, approachable and helpful.We had a lovely time and would love to come back!

Joanne apartment

Stayed at Joanne's apartment for almost 2 months. Very spacious apartment. The 2 bedrooms are of good size, the lounge is very large as well. Kitchen is average. The balcony is beautiful. On our arrival we were met with the manager who explained all the equipment and the surrounding of the apartment. There are enough utensils in the kitchen to cook your meals. The local shop is in walking distance for everyday needs, with a large supermarket not far.The cleaning could be a bit better as the main floors are clean bit dust under the furniture and beds. The air condition needs checking. We had them on in the bedrooms and the lounge. The one in the lounge works well But not in the bedroom. You can only go to 18 degrees on the setting. One down side point was there is no seaview from the balcony. Over all lovely apartment. The

Great Location

Quiet apartment block which is located just above the beach with lift access to bars/restaurants. Well equipped apartment with comfy beds. Only small downside is terrace mainly in the shade but after a day on roof terrace not really an issue.

Boa tarde correu tudo muito bem, adoramos Só quero dar uma sugestão a piscina não tem parte baixa para crianças, a altura vai do 1,40m ao 1,90 m, o meu filho como ainda não sabe nadar e só tem 1,20m não usufruiu da piscina, um outro apontamento e a janela do quarto de duas camas a janela ao fecha corretamente. Tudo o resto nada a apontar. Obrigada por nós deixar ficar no seu alojamento.

Lindsay Quigley: Eight nights at Los Verandas

Joanne’s apartment was perfect for our stay, clean and spacious. The verandah was a very pleasant and shaded outdoor space. The pool area was comfortably set out with loungers belonging to the condominium, on no day were there insufficient for the numbers using the area. We cooked for ourselves and found the best supermarket to be Continente. We had a car so shopping a bit further than walking distance was not an issue for us. Grateful for the subterranean car park which meant the car wasn’t baking hot each day.

Lovely apartment

As a regular visitor to Olhos D’Agua I already knew this apartment was in a great location. Joanne was great at providing information and Joao was there waiting for us when we arrived with all the property information. We had a small issue with the aircon and he got it fixed straightaway. The apartment itself was a great size and the shaded terrace was a welcome bonus in the heat. The pool was lovely, and the lift down to the beach was an added bonus.

fantastic 6 days

The apatment is very well located and very well equipped. The only negative aspect was the quality of the cleaning which was very poor and knowing the situation in which we live (COVI19), mainly the floor and the table in the room we had to clean (they were quite dirty). Joanne needs to pull the ears of those who clean the apartment.
