Pine Cliffs Gardens is a beautiful property. The grounds, gardens, beach and accommodations are lovely, and the resort itself has so much potential. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was deplorable. The food was consistently poor, the service was unacceptable, and the prices were outrageous for the quality provided. We are happy to pay premium prices when the food and service justify it, but that simply wasn’t the case here. For a resort positioning itself at this level, the restaurants should be one of the highlights, not the biggest disappointment. The difference between the quality of the property and the quality of the dining experience is shocking. Beautiful resort, but the food, service and extremely high restaurant prices significantly impacted our stay. Until the dining experience improves, I could not rate Pine Cliffs Gardens more than 3 out of 5.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment - it was clean, spacious and had a huge balcony overlooking one of many pools. The property is huge (recommend a buggy if you have small children) which meant you never felt crowded, had the choice of lots of different restaurants, bars and pools. The property is beautifully kept

The garden suites are way more spacious than they appear online. We stayed for 10 days and were extremely comfortable! We had everything we needed in the kitchen; it was very well equipped. The housekeeping team kept it looking spotless. The food at the various restaurants was mostly excellent; service can be pretty slow and the food is very pricey. But that was one of the benefits of staying in the suites; you had the option of cooking at home. The pools and beach are lovely. We never had issues finding chairs to sit in (and we were there during summer holidays). The kids club was fantastic; my eldest really loved it and would’ve happily gone everyday. Overall it was a wonderful trip and I would definitely go back.

The resort was beautiful and clean. There were multiple pools that never felt too busy and felt very safe with little ones. The apartment was perfect for a family of 6 and was very well equipped. The food on site was on the expensive side, but very very good quality and taste. We would visit again!

We stayed at Pine Cliff Gardens for 10 nights. The accommodation was great. Very spacious and clean. I can’t fault Pine Cliffs. This was my second visit after 3 years. I thought the hotel was even better than previously. Staff were friendly and restaurant quality was excellent. We particularly enjoyed Rohini. My son played tennis every day and the coaching staff were top level. He also enjoyed the football academy. The World Cup was on during our stay and the hotel had set up a huge screen on the lawn which was a great addition and added to the fun atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much we’re thinking about booking again for the next holiday.
