We like to stay at the Best Western Rio Grande because it is easily accessible, close to Old Towne, it is clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff is great and there’s a restaurant that offers a selection for a free breakfast instead of corn flakes and a waffle. I think this motel deserves to be higher than two stars! It seems to be pretty updated. The room was very cute, and the bathroom was clean. The only thing was that the shower was a little tricky to figure out and the doors do not fully shut so it was difficult to not get water all over the bathroom ...

Sauna was unavailable, hot tub was ice cold, reserved room with jetted tub but it didn't have one. Hotel website lists many amenities that simply do not exist at this location. Felt ripped off.
