“We booked this hotel through Expedia during a very hot weekend because the listing displayed photographs of a swimming pool among the property’s amenities and facilities. Upon arrival, before checking in, we discovered that the hotel does not actually have a swimming pool on site. The pool shown in the listing is a municipal pool located elsewhere. As the presence of a pool was a significant factor in our booking decision, we raised the issue immediately and requested a refund. We never checked……

“It is a nice place to stay if you are traveling to Merida during crowded seasons. There is nothing in Twon, but two cafes, so the idea of this place is rest and go. The place is clean, it's Pet-friendly and the staff is very accommodating and always smiling.”
