Your home away from home awaits at Clairmont Central.
This lovely double brick home with high ornate ceilings will make you feel welcome as soon as you step in the front door.
Plenty of room for the whole family to relax and unwind. With a large fully equipped kitchen, 900 oven.
With 3 bedrooms and a second living area for guests to sleep, there is plenty of room for a comfortable stay for 8.
Washing machine and dryer.
Guests have access to the entire house.
Please note there is a private unit at the back, parking is situated out the front on the grass, plenty of room for cars, vans and trailers.
Entertainment area/yard is situated in the front garden with beautiful shady garden grass and bbq, please help your selves to the yummy mandarines (when in season).
Just a stones throw from the Albury tafe, walking distance to town centre and Mercy Hospital. Nailcan hill nature/ mountain bike trail and the Commercial Golf Club.

Host experience was dreadful. No checkin details received, when chased up about it on day of arrival, host changed the home we were staying in 3 times. Completely disorganised with lack of clear communication and no acknowledgement of disruption and no apology received. Cannot comment on this property, we stayed elsewhere. Property we did stay at was lovely, host only issue.

Terrible and disappointing stay

Terrible accomodation, everything is falling apart. It really needs a renovation to bring the standard up for short-stay rental. The current condition of the property should not be allowed to be rented as short-stay rental. As an example, you can't close the bathroom door let alone locking it up for privacy.

House is too small for 6 adults. There were insufficient pots, and the frypan was too small. Would benefit from a barbeque being on site. Makeshift mirrors in the bathroom and bedrooms were impractical. House was clean and tidy.

Fantastic Family Retreat

We spent a wonderful long weekend at this gorgeous little house over Easter. The house was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed for a relaxing & enjoyable stay. The location is ideal being just a short drive to shops & restaurants but in a quiet suburban street.

Oberflächlich sauber, nicht in die Ecken schauen

Viel Dreck, viel Staub, angesiffte Oberflächen. Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Es macht den Anschein, als würde immer nur schnell schnell für den nächsten hergerichtet werden. Beispiel Toilettenpapierhalter liegt ein neuer bereit, jedoch nicht montiert. Auch keine Möglichkeit zum Hände beim WC .waschen

The property is nice and perfect for what we wanted. It does need a fix up in places, but this did not affect our experience. Instructions were very clear. I would stay in the property again if I required accommodation in Albury.

Centrally located, clean and rustic. A restful and comfortable stop-over. Netflix and the coffee machine were welcomed additions. Well-appointed with nice homely features.

A generous dose of TLC needed.

The location was fine and the home roomy with a reasonably well equipped kitchen. The downside: Lounges and cushions grubby. Bed linen and towels well worn. Bed pillows badly needed replacing - very soiled. Few light shades anywhere. Overall a dingy interior. Would not recommend this place to stay.
