沒有明確的櫃檯，入住時多虧好心住客才拿到鑰匙入住。但是房間設備齊全也很乾淨，地點方便，離交流道蠻近的，很適合中間停留休息的地方！

You get what you pay for. The room was clean and comfy, but a bit noisy, and there was no hot water to have shower which was really disappointing.

Motel was older but convenient if you have your own transport. Roomy with comfortable bed - didn't need heating or air conditioning in late September. Most conveniences available. No staff on site but competently handled by IT (although confusing for an oldie like me).

Great value and comfortable
The remote control booking worked well. No problems in self check in. Lovely pool and BBQ area. Parking at door. Room warm and light on. 24/7 service centre with truckies food just up the road. Only problem was lights off made it hard to find at night

The check in was excellent customer service, the bed sheets were dirty and stained / hair particles. They were one cleaner down which impacted on the cleanliness! Its a shame as the room could have been better.

Stayed November 2022. Just needed an overnight stop before heading up to Jindabyne. Clean, tidy room & bathroom. Excellent price. Bed was firm which I prefer rather than some old soft sagged out one. There was even bottled water in the fridge!! Thanks.

Comfortable, value for money. Dont have far to go and its within easy reach of several amenities including the excellent carwash Total Wash which is off Thurgoona Drive on Travelstop Way. OPEN 24/7.

I was disappointed the door wasn’t green, and I was a bit upset about the cigarette butts on the table in front of the room, but it was an otherwise good stay.

Bad customer service. Unilaterally taking payment from my account. Not accepting NSW stays vouchers. Cups smelling like milk. No means of cleaning them.

Great value for money and incredibly large clean rooms - best bits: easy check-in, internet generally good, kettle, microwave and fridge in room. did I mention incredibly clean and great value? If you are sensitive to traffic noise - bring some ear plugs and can get some trucks in early morning, but motel itself is lovely and quiet (no onsite pub!!). Beds are ok - not super comfy and if you really feel the cold you will be running split system over night as it's a sheet and blanket. I get a better sleep and way better internet connection at the green door than I have yet at any of the other motels/ pub accommodation in the area and appreciate the consistency of service. Don't book it expecting the park hyatt, but if you are a regular motel stayer you will appreciate the consistency, quiet, cleanliness and other little things that this place does well.

A fairly decent motel. Just needed a place to stay on the way through from Melbourne to Sydney. Was as to be expected, good bed, clean and easy to check in with the owners leaving my key in my door to let myself in. Thank you.

As there was nobody on duty did get a text msg saying how to get key.Excellent value.Caters for everything u need with some rooms having undercover parking.Older style property but very comfy.Good wifi but struggled when hotel was full.A can of insect spray be handy in rooms just to cater for bugs as located on the fringe

My room number and everything I needed to know was sent to me prior to my arrival, I found that made checking in easy for me. I received a room upgrade so my room was larger. I chose the Green Door for the economy and really only expected the basics, so I got what I expected. The biggest issue for me was the outside presentation it really looked dated. I would stay again, but it’s not somewhere I’d bring my family.
