The private pool can be heated to 28 degrees Celsius (from 01/06 to 01/10) if booked at least 7 days before arrival. Heating outside of this period, on request at 100€/week. The villa also provides access to a large communal pool (July and August) and tennis court and is just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful boardwalk, lighthouse, beaches, supermarket, mini-golf, natural park Serra d'Irta, restaurants, bars, bakery, ... yet in a very peaceful and quite residential street. The villa is well equipped with air-conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, TV, dvd player, wifi, bbq, child cot, high chair, washing machine ... There are 3 terraces (1 closed, 1 open, 1 sun terrace) all overviewing the garden and pool. From the sun terrace you have a nice view on the mountains, natural park, light house and a small sea view.
