In Alcaucín, the villa Casa Hyam offers an excellent view of the lake. The 210 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine.

This villa offers a private outdoor space with a pool (open from 8 am until midnight), garden, open terrace, covered terrace, barbecue, and tennis court.

There are several excellent restaurants within a 20 min drive.

3 parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Excessive noise is not allowed, as the property is located in a quiet area.

Wi-Fi is not available.

Beach/pool towels are provided.

Beautiful villa, great location

It’s a beautiful villa, well looked after and in a great location - walking distance (hilly) to the village. The pool was perfect and the views are stunning. The process of checking in was efficient and they were helpful enough to get some pool floats out for our kids.
