A beautiful place to stay! Caroline and Paul were so friendly and welcoming.Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need!We had a lovely, relaxing break, the bed was very comfortable and the cottage was warm and cosy.The surrounding area was beautiful and it was nice to be close to Alcester so we could just wander down and have a meal and a little wander.

The cottage is a great base for exploring the north Cotswolds area. Just a 10 minute walk away from pubs and shops too. Caroline and Paul were helpful and friendly hosts who provided local recommendations. Would recommend a stay at this property.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely time at Heronview. The accommodation was brilliant just right for the two of us. Our hosts were great and it was good to meet the dogs and bantems. Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. We look forward to visiting again.

Loved it! Caroline and Paul were just lovely and never intrusive. The cottage was small and perfect for two. It was very clean as well. The garden was gorgeous and as we had good weather ideal to chill with a book. The location was spot on just a short walk to Alcester.

Ideal rural getaway

We had a lovely 3 night break on our way to Manchester. Heron's View is very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the gazebo at the end of the garden, looking out over the river. We took our breakfast down there as well as tea! The hosts were very welcoming and provided milk and also eggs freshly laid by their bantam hens. It is perfectly placed ro visit Stratford on Avon and various country houses. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous cottage!

Absolutely delightful cottage in a quiet lane, just 10 minutes walk from the High Street. Super comfy, enormous bed, Sky TV, a wide selection of books and an open-plan kitchen with everything required. Unable to fault this lovely rental. Many thanks to Caroline and Paul. We loved it! :)
