"Great welcome by the staff member at reception after 11pm. I had run out of phone battery & missed a train from London and was concerned no one would be available to check me in but instead the helpful young man even sorted out a glass of wine & some crisps for me & brought them to me even though ..."

Good room but noisy air con
"Everything was great except the noise from the air con, which if I didn’t have ear plugs would have been too loud and kept me awake. The air con was needed as the room was so hot due to the great weather. Otherwise stay was faultless."
