Rural delight
Just returned from a holiday staying in this fabulous accommodation overlooking the Portugese countryside and apple orchards yet within a very short drive of excellent beaches at Sao Martinho do Porto and Foz do Arelho. Communication was excellent, by phone and in person, before and during our stay. We were welcomed by Terese who gave us a personalised guide to the property. Nothing was too much trouble -thank you for the welcome pack! There is a supermarket just down the road which is more than adequate and the Equestrian Centre also nearby which served excellent lunches - especially the Sunday buffet. Though the closest bars were a short drive away being able to sit out on the property's large terrace of an evening with a glass of wine in hand more than made up for it. If you’re looking for a calm and relaxing rural setting look no further. We recommend that you book this holiday home without any hesitation you won’t be disappointed.

We very much enjoyed the calm country side with a beautiful natural landscape. We loved the bright interior with the open kitchen/living room. The beautiful pool and the lovely terrace helped us to fully relax.

Un agréable séjour
Nous sommes restés 4 nuits à la Quinta da Mota I. Notre objectif était de nous reposer et de profiter du jardin et de la piscine mais manque de chance, il n'a pas fait tout le temps beau pendant notre séjour. Nous en avons profité pour nous balader. La maison est bien placée car rien n'est vraiment bien loin (plages et vieilles pierres). La maison est conforme à ce qui est décrit avec un accès internet qui marche très bien (chacun ses priorités !) On peut y trouver tout ce dont on a besoin dans la salle de bain et la cuisine. Il y a un fond de cuisine, ce qui est toujours appréciable et 2 bouteilles de vin et du pain frais nous attendez. Merci beaucoup pour cette attention ! Côté jardin, il nous manquait une chaise longue (nous étions 3) car celles d'à côté étaient occupées mais rien de grave. La piscine est commune aux 2 Quintas et les occupants de la Quinta II nous on laissé des moments d'intimité autour de la piscine. C'était très aimable à eux. J'ai juste 1 bémol, la N8 (je crois) ne passe vraiment pas loin et on peut entendre le bruit des voitures aux heures de pointe. Ce n'est pas si gênant que cela mais ne pensez pas vous retrouver en totale campagne.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir waren als Familie in dem Haus. Es ist neu renovuert worden mit einer sehr schönen Außenanlage. Sauber und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend. Sehr netter Kontakt. Auf Fragen bekam man in kürzester Zeit Antwort und einige sehr gute Empfehlungen. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits an einer Apfelplantage. Ein Mietwagen ist daher sehr wichtig. Strände, Einkaufen, Sehenswürdigkeiten sind aber im Umkreis von 5-15min mit dem Auto vorhanden. Alles war sehr problemlos und entspannt.

Maison propre, assez bien placée pour ceux qui aiment la plage, les golfs.Tout à disposition. Literie très bonne. Points qui pourraient être améliorés : la machine à café inexistante seul une machine à dosettes plastique. Et juste ce qui faut comme vaisselle, pas très écologique quand on a un lave vaisselle.Doubler le nombre de couverts serait pas de trop. À part ça...c’s’est parfait.Tres très bon rapport qualité prix !

Excellentes vacances dans un gîte super.
Location à recommander, gîte très propre ,spacieux, confortable, très bonne literie, bien équipé (sauf le nombre de couverts!), bien situé pour visiter la région, plage de San Martinho do Porto très agréable. Seul bémol, il manque un chauffage d'appoint dans la salle de bain nous avons eu froid.

Entspannung pur
Unser Urlaub war sehr schön. Sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit vielen kleinen Details wird Quinta da Mota zu einer echten Entspannungsoase. Der Pool und der Garten waren toll! Rundum ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Ein Auto sollte man jedoch mieten, außer man möchte alle Tage am Pool verbringen :) Das Restaurant direkt nebenan / CEIA können wir auch nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
