This is a very beautiful property located just outside of the town of Alcudia. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the old town area. The views from the back deck are amazing. We stay just two nights from April 1-3. Unfortunately, the weather was chilly during our stay so the house itself is pretty cold if you are staying during the cooler months. I have no doubt this house would be amazing during the warmer months. The house itself is very clean and modern. The best aspects of this house of their location, views and large space.
For such a beautiful property, it’s surprisingly lacks some of the basic amenities you would expect from a luxury rental. For instance, in the kitchen, there was no paper towels, dishwasher, pods or sponges to use to clean off the dishes. In the bathrooms, there were no small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. One bathroom had a liquid soap dispenser. Also, the TV in the living room was shockingly small, about the size of a large computer monitor. It also did not have the ability to stream shows and only had access to local cable from what I could tell. typically, I would not care, but since we stayed during cold weather, it would’ve been nice to have the ability to watch a movie together as a family.
But if I ever return to Mallorca and want to visit this area, I would definitely consider this property again, but come more prepared with amenities.
