This cozy accommodation is located in a very quiet residential area, in Puerto de Alcudia, just a few minutes walking from the beautiful and famous crystal-clear water beach.
The apartment has two terraces, one in the front and another in the back, both furnished with two hammocks and a table for 4 people, to be able to enjoy the good weather in Mallorca and be able to do outdoor life. In addition, it belongs to a complex with a large community pool with a diving board and a lot of lawn area. The pool is open from March to November. In the accommodation, they will find towels for both bath and pool.
The house has a spacious living-dining room with plenty of light, due to its direct access to one of the terraces. The kitchen is integrated into the living room, making it a very cozy home. In addition, there are two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with direct access to the second terrace, and a bathroom.
Without a doubt, Avus is a perfect option for an incredible vacation in the north of Mallorca without the need to rent a car, since both good bars and restaurants and supermarkets are located in the surrounding streets.

Perfect for a weekend away
Great apartment. Just what we needed for my friend and I to spend the weekend in Alcudia. It was out of season so there were a few bars etc still shut but only a short walk to the port itself where everything was open.

Excellent property
We enjoyed our stay at avus villa,the villa is within walking distance to everything, nice and clean villa,we never used the pool but it looked nice and clean,we preferred the beach,we will definitely stay here again .

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung
Lage: Sehr gut. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Strand, usw Fussläufig erreichbar
Wohnung: Klein, aber fein. Für 4-5 Personen Max. Sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht, alles funktionell und praktisch gemacht, super mit gedacht.
Vermieter/ Hausverwaltung: haben sehr schnell geantwortet und waren sehr kulant und nett. Es gab ein kleines Präsent und eine persönliche Nachricht als wir nachts ankamen. Das hat uns gut gefallen.
Einen Stern Abzug beim Check in. Wir kamen nachts an und haben das Apartment nicht finden können, weil der zugesandte link rund 300 Meter vom Apartment entfernt war. Aber die stecknadel bei fewo direkt hat uns zum Glück helfen können.
Fazit: Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier her kommen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ein empfehlenswertes, nettes Appartement mit toller Lage und Infrastruktur. Wir (Familie mit einem Kleinkind) haben es sehr genossen und hatten alles zur Verfügung, was wir brauchten! Empfehlenswert!
