Barca - House for 5 near the sea in Alcúdia

Nice little house in third sea line. Very cozy and ideal for sun and beach holidays with family and children, or groups of friends. 3 double bedrooms, living - dining room with access to the terrace and fully furnished and equipped kitchen where nothing is missing, to feel at home.

Barcarés, the area where the house is located, is a quiet urbanization, washed around by the Mediterranean sea with its long coast. The great advantage is that it is only 5 minutes by car from Alcudia town, a beautiful walled city of great tourist and cultural interest, where we also find all the necessary services, in addition to restaurants, big supermarkets and a large market every Tuesday and Sunday.

Funktionstüchtig

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen. Allerdings ist es empfehlenswert ein Mietauto zu haben, um nach Alcudia und Umgebung zu kommen. Busse gibt es nicht in der Nähe. Die Bacha ist funktionstüchtig und benötigt alles, was man braucht, um dort zu leben. Sie ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Alle Fenster/Türen klemmen. Der Duschvorhang bedarf Erneuerung. Die Einbaukleiderschränke riechen muffig. Wie gesagt, es ist funktionstüchtig, aber nicht besonders liebevoll eingerichtet, was verständlich ist, wenn man die Verhaltensweise gewisser Touristen betrachtet. Was jedoch herausragend ist: Die Betreuung der Vermittlungsagentur Villasmar! Super nett und zuvorkommend! Diese kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

Good location in Alcudia.

Pros:The house was very well located, nicely decorated, close to the sea and not far from Alcudia centre. You can peep the sea at the end if the street. The kitchen was well equipped but a dishwater would make things better for long stays. Good size of rooms, good beds, nice terraces. We had our privacy, nobody botherd and easy and efficent communication with the agency. Cons: - the house is quite outdated, there is a stale smell in the bedrooms, it's poorly isolated, you can hear your neighbours shower. - one A/c is insufficient especially on very hot days like we had and sleeping with the doors open when you share a single bath with a terribly squeaking doorhandle is a challenge and ruins every night's sleep - The cleanliness of the house didn't meet our expectations, dirty corners in the bathroom, sticky hood in the kitchen, dust. - There is a strong mold smell in the furthest beedrooms wardrobe that made us keep the clothes unpackacked in our luggage. For all these cons this accommodation seems a bit overpriced.
