The cozy holiday house "Brise de Mar 2", the twin house of "Brisa de Mar 1" is located in Barcares, the extension of Alcudia, only about 200 meters from the beach, directly next to the other Villa. Barcarés is a very popular holiday area, the so-called holiday paradise for children. Eternally shallow water makes children's hearts beat faster. There is much to discover here. So scuba mask and snorkel with in the suitcases and off you go. Culture lovers prefer to stroll through the narrow streets of the old town and to indulge in local specialties in small tapas restaurants. Water sports enthusiasts can glide with their kites and surfboards through the entire "Sa Marina". A real hotspot for photographers! The old town of Alcudia and the elegant marina with a varied range of restaurants, bars and shops attract many couples and families to this beautiful holiday resort in the north of Majorca.



Brisa de Mar 1 & 2 are two of our most popular vacation rentals in the area, with a quiet, yet central location near the beach, and is well-suited for all discerning travelers Relax on the pool terrace while sunbathing under Majorca's sunshine, with plenty of shade provided by a large parasol and a covered terrace by the house.

Here is also the mobile grill, which is warmly welcome for culinary barbecues. There is a playground right opposite the holiday home, where your kids can let off steam.



The 212m² modern interior of both houses is spread over 2 levels. The lower living area is kept open and consists of a large and very bright dining room with a long dining table, where comfortably the whole tour group can be accommodated and a cozy sofa area with satellite TV. The adjoining kitchen is super modern and equipped with a practical kitchen bar in American Style . Also from here you have direct access to the terrace. The large windows and sliding door elements let in a lot of positive daylight and create a great living environment. Before going up the stairs there are 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a bathroom in the middle which is shared here. The upper sleeping area offers 2 more large double bedrooms with double bed each. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom en suite. All bedrooms are very modern and comfortably furnished and equipped with spacious fitted wardrobes. Air conditioning is installed throughout the house. If you are traveling with babies, please let us know so we can provide you with baby cots and high chairs.
