  • Discover one of the most beautiful villages in the island in this picturesque house, for 3 people, in the centre of Alcudia.
    A beautiful interior patio, with a outdoor dining table and also a well, invites to relax and to enjoy of lunches and dinners under the arbor. From here you can go upstairs to the upper terrace, in which you can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or, simply, contemplate the precious starry sky of the island. The rest of this upper floors is closed. The house is within the pedestrian zone of the village and there are neighbours.

    The house has only a floor. From the patio, you only gain access to the living-dining room that has a sofa and an armchair to watch TV or even read a book as well as a dining table for 4 dinner guests. Immediately after, you have access to the kitchen-dining room that also has an exit to the patio. It is independent and is equipped with ceramic cooktop, oven and a table with chairs for your breakfasts. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. In order to gain entry to the bedrooms, with double bed and wardrobe, you can do so through a beautiful entrance hall. In fact, one of the most impressive elements of the house is its great entrance, where all of the traditional elements from the Mallorcan architecture, such as cobblestone pavement or the arch that gives you access to the living room, have been respected. In addition to this, if you travel with a baby, there is also a cot and a high-chair available. Ultimately, a bathroom with shower completes the accommodation.

    Alcúdia is one of the most beautiful destinations of Mallorca. It constitutes a mythic place thanks to its incredible walls and its customs. It is a peaceful place but, at the same time, it is really lively since it has endless bars, restaurants, shops, ice-cream parlours, etc. Thursdays and Sundays there takes place a great market. The other days you can visit the nearby beaches like Puerto de Alcúdia, Mal Pas or La Victoria. If you are a golf lover don't forget to visit the golf course in Alcanada, within 5 km.

De woning is perfect gelegen. Midden in het centrum van Alcudia maar in een prachtig, rustig straatje met de straat daarachter vol van restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Het contact was heel fijn, er werd snel gereageerd en altijd meedenkend en oplossingsgericht. We kwamen aan en de koelkast deed het niet wat erg jammer was waardoor wij een aantal dagen zonder koelkast zaten. Er werd wel een nieuwe geleverd dus dat wat fijn. Ook moesten wij zelf vragen om een goed werkende ventilator aangezien er geen airco is en de nachten echt hèèl warm waren. De douchekop was kapot dus die moest je zelf vasthouden. Niet een enorm probleem maar wel netjes om dit van te voren te repareren óf te laten weten. Verder hebben we enorm genoten van onze vakantie!

Wir hatten diese Unterkunft für 6 Nächte gebucht – sind jedoch nach 4 Nächten vorzeitig abgereist, weil der Aufenthalt schlicht unzumutbar war.Die Wohnung hatte keine Klimaanlage – das wussten wir. Aber was uns erwartete, war eine brütend heiße, völlig überhitzte Unterkunft, in der an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Trotz der vorhandenen Standventilatoren (die die Temperatur nicht senken, bei Dauerbetrieb krank machen und laut sind) war es so heiß, dass wir nachts mehrfach Kleidung wechseln mussten, weil alles – sogar die Kissen ud Matratzen – nassgeschwitzt war. Die vom Anbieter empfohlene Maßnahme, tagsüber die Fenster zu schließen und abends zu öffnen, war keiner Option:- nachts kam kein Luftzug auf- Der Lärmpegel (aufgrund der Lage) war zu hoch - siehe "KakerlakZusätzlich hatten wir mehrfach Kakerlaken in der Wohnung – mindesten – was die Situation weiter verschärfte und hygienisch absolut inakzeptabel machte.Mit der Lage wird geworben. Toll für einen Besuch! Aber nicht für eine Unterkunft.Die bearbeiteten Bildern erwecken absolut falsche Erwartungen.Unsere Beschwerden wurden mit Standardantworten abgetan („dicke Wände, hohe Außentemperaturen, Ventilatoren reichen aus“) – eine Lösung oder Entschuldigung blieb aus. Fazit: Diese Unterkunft war für uns alles andere als erholsam – sie war belastend, unhygienisch und völlig ungeeignet für einen Sommeraufenthalt.Wir können leider keine Empfehlung ausspreche, im Gegenteil, wir raten von der Unterkunft ab.

zentral gelegene Wohnung, Erhaltungs-/Pflegezustand problematisch

Die Ausstattung ist einfach und ohne besonderen Komfort (u.a. keine Heizung/Klimaanlage). Die Ausstattung wirkt schmuck-/lieblos und ist teilweise abgewohnt. Der Erhaltungszustand ist insgesamt nicht gut. Wände und Decken sind fleckig, teilweise ist die Farbe rissig bzw. bröckelt ab. Vorhänge sind verdreckt, sichtbare Metallteile (Abflüsse, Haken, Lampen) korrodiert/rostig. Die Schiebetüren zum Innenhof sind sehr schwergängig, Griffe teilweise beschädigt. In der Küche waren weder Spülmittel/Spülschwämmchen noch Küchenpapier noch Banalitäten wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl oder eine Flasche Wasser vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist mit etwa 3qm sehr klein. Die Duschkabine ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand (Dichtungen sind rissig/hängen herab, die Führungen der Türen sind sehr schwergängig, Fugen und Zwischenräume verdreckt). Die Höhe des (stark verkalkten) Brausekopfes ist nicht veränderbar und den Winkel könnte ich nur mit einem selbst zugeschnittenen Stück Kork beeinflussen. Eine Reinigung der Wohnung ist vor meiner Anreise anscheinend nicht oder nur sehr oberflächlich erfolgt (s. Fotos). Selbst das Innere der Toilettenschüssel wies deutliche Spuren der Vormieter auf. Neben einem allgemeinen Ekelgefühl ist meine Wahrnehmung der Wohnung vom Eindruck geprägt, dass hier ein Vermieter mit geringstmöglichem Aufwand für Ausstattung, Erhaltung und Pflege Mieteinnahmen erzielen will. Die gute Lage lässt sich dem Objekt nicht absprechen, aber diese gleicht die Mängel und Schwächen nicht aus.

We especially loved the mini patio with lemon tree and the location is superb, on Tuesday and Sunday the Alcudia market is just 5 steps away! Recommended big time! (Ps: Due to the thick walls and old bricks the house is super cool and in pre season it can be a bit chilly in the house, so bring a sweater ✌?)

La estancia ha sido MUY BUENA y hemos acertado en todos los aspectos. Lo primero que nos sorprendió de la casa es que hay una habitación más con una cama, 3 habitaciones y no 2, si bien es cierto que el colchón de la cama de esta habitación es infumable por lo blando y al acostarte te pliegas en dos, por eso entendemos que esa habitación no la cuentan porque la cama es incomodísima. Es una casa amplia en la zona monumental cerca de todo pero apartada lo suficiente para no sentirte en el medio del bullicio turístico, con distintas estancias, nada agobiante, el patio, el salón fresquito, la cocina impecable y bien servida de menaje, hasta con copas de cava de las que hicimos buen uso por las noches en el patio acompañándolo con una rica ensaimada, el patio le da mucha vida, el baño correcto. Sin ruidos para dormir por las noches. Muy cerca de la parada del bus que te lleva a las playas cercanas (Puerto Alcudia, Alcudia, Muro, Can Picafort, Pollensa, Formentor) y a Palma donde puedes hacer trasbordo hacia playas del sur, también autobús directo al aeropuerto, muy cerca está el parking para coches así como supermercados. Martes y domingos mercadillo a 300 metros de la puerta, heladería, panadería, bares y restaurantes, hemos desayunado las cocas y ensaimadas recién hechas todos los días en el patio de la casa. Alcudia es una preciosidad de pueblo y es una gozada perderse por su calles dando un paseo. La playa de Puerto de Alcudia está a 20 minutos andando aunque puedes ir y volver en bus aconsejable sobre todo cuando el sol aprieta. La casa tiene un aire señorial con puertas de madera recia y altas que le da un toque especial, algunos pueden verla un pelín antigua, es una casa de pueblo con reminiscencias de palacete con algunos desconchados de pintura pero nada importante. Recomendamos llevar repelente de mosquitos porque es inevitable en el mediterráneo y nos han visitado otros insectos de suelo al parecer comunes en la zona que no desmerece nuestra estancia en la casa. Yo repondría las almohadas ya viejunas y con olor a polvo. La atención al cliente de Homerti ha sido excelente. REPETIREMOS SIN DUDA.

Espectacular casa antigua, con arcos de piedra y suelo empedrado, pero con baño y cocina reformados, estructurada en torno a un patio interior precioso donde hemos cenado todos los días a la luz de las estrellas. Muy limpio y con todos elementos necesarios. Habitaciones muy grandes y perfecta ubicación , en el casco antiguo. Está muy cerca de todos los monumentos y 5 minutos en coche de las playas. Muy cerca de una de las puertas de entrada a la ciudad antigua (muchas veces pudimos aparcar gratis a 5 min de la casa). Acudia es preciosa. Muy, muy recomedable. Ójala podamos volver en el futuro”
