Great house and facilities

Pros: Host was very helpful. House had flexible spaces, nice pool, close to shops/ beach/ bar. Overall a fantastic experience!! Cons: Some of the basics missing

Prachtig huis op perfecte locatie!

Pros: Het huis was heel ruim en ontzettend schoon. Alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt waren aanwezig. De airco werkte snel en koel, het zwembad was heel schoon en lekker groot! Het straatje van het huis zelf is erg rustig, zodat je thuis echt tot rust komt en als je de drukte wilt opzoeken ben je zo in het centrum. Met 3 minuten lopen naar een kleine supermarkt, met heerlijk vers brood elke dag en 7 minuten lopen naar het strand! Ook heb je veel restaurantjes om de hoek zitten van de villa, maar wij verkozen de restaurants aan de haven het meest! Daar reden we met onze huurauto in 8 minuten naartoe. Wat ook heel fijn was, is de BBQ die aanwezig was, genoeg kastruimte in de slaapkamers en niet te vergeten een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurster. Rosa zorgt ervoor dat je op je gemak bent, als je vragen hebt of ergens hulp bij nodig hebt is zij direct bereikbaar en ze stuurde ons allemaal leuke tips door om het eiland te ontdekken! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en echt een aanrader! Cons: Er is eigenlijk niets dat ons niet goed bevallen is. We zouden op onze volgende trip naar Mallorca zo weer terug gaan naar Ca Na Rosa!

Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Pros: Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen! Die Lage ist super, fußläufig zum wunderschönen Strand, zum Hafen und zu diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und alles ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Garten, die Terrasse und der Pool sind traumhaft schön! Noch schöner als auf den Fotos :) Bei Fragen konnte man sich immer an die freundliche und hilfsbereite Hausbesitzerin Rosa wenden. Sie war immer über whats app erreichbar und die Kommunikation klappte super. Wir sind mit Baby gereist und Rosa hatte uns diverse Dinge für unser Baby zur Verfügung gestellt z.B. einen Hochstuhl und ein Babybett. Das hat uns vieles erleichtert! Das Haus ist aber nicht nur für Familien geeignet, sondern für Jeden!

Empfehlenswert!

Pros: Zunächst einmal ein großes DANKE an die Hausbesitzerin Rosa! Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie reagierte bei jedem Anliegen sehr schnell über WhatsApp. Das Haus hat uns vor Ort noch viel besser gefallen als bereits auf den Bildern! Es ist sehr sauber, bietet genügend Platz, ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet und der Pool ist einfach herrlich. Die Gegend ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Entspannte Abende auf der Terrasse sind somit möglich. Es finden sich kleine Läden und Restaurants in fußläufiger Nähe, die zum stöbern und verweilen einladen. Auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe vorzufinden. Zum Strand ist man in 5 Minuten gelaufen. Er ist sehr flach abfallend, gepflegt und wirklich toll! Auch für Kinder ein prima Strand. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Pros: Die Cana Rosa ist ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus in dem man alles hat was man braucht. Und wenn einem etwas fehlt genügt meist ein kurzer Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin. Die Lage ist super. Man kann alles nötige super zu Fuß erreichen. Zum Strand geht man weniger als 5 Minuten. Der Pool ist super und schön groß. Besonders für Kinder ein Highlight. Toll fanden wir auch das man die ganze Zeit (ab der Buchung) einen Ansprechpartner hat. Darum kümmert sich die Eigentümerin Rosa persönlich. Man kann sie jeder Zeit per WhatsApp kontaktieren und sie kümmert sich dann um alle Anliegen. Vielen Dank Rosa, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
