Cas Siulet by Rentallorca

  • "Villa Can Siulet" is an elegant villa with a maximum capacity for seven people located in the area of Es Barcarès, in Alcúdia.



    Four spacious bedrooms with a maximum capacity for 7 people, with about 350 m2 of property. Furthermore, it is located on the beachfront with impressive views of the sea and the mountains.



    The property is located in an ideal location for children, at a distance of 4 km from the centre of Alcúdia, less than 2 km away you will find bars, cafes, bicycle rental, supermarkets and restaurants among others. We recommend the restaurant Bistro 1909 and Miramar, as well as the supermarkets Mercadona, Müller and Lidl, all within 2 km distance.



    The villa has a wide range of facilities and services to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests can enjoy the spacious terrace, with plenty of place to sit and relax, either on the rocking chair or on the sun loungers. They can dine on the covered terrace with stunning sea views.



    On entering, we find the living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa, TV and a large dining table. Next, there is the kitchen, fully equipped with breakfast table, toaster, microwave, juicer, kitchenware and cooker among other things. Everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals in comfort during your holiday.



    The house has 4 large bedrooms, each with a double bed and 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.



    There is also internet access via wifi, air conditioning hot/cold in some rooms.



    The beautiful village of Alcúdia is a jewel of the island of Mallorca. The impressive medieval walls and cobbled streets create an ideal place to stroll and enjoy the Mallorcan atmosphere. Less than 2 kilometres away you will reach Puerto de Alcúdia, where you will find one of the most famous beaches of Mallorca, the white sandy beach of Puerto de Alcúdia. Less than 2 kilometres away you will also find Puerto de Pollença, with crystal clear waters and a relaxed atmosphere.



    All in all, this is a stunning, high quality property offering a wealth of amenities and services to ensure that your holiday in Mallorca is unforgettable.

We absolutely loved staying at Cas Siulet.. The house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 adult children for the week we spent in Mallorca. The view was spectacular. We swam in the bay in front. Very close to old town Alcudia for restaurants or shopping. The house was well equipped and clean. We would definitely recommend staying there.

We absolutely loved the house

We absolutely loved the house. It was precisely what we needed after a week of cycling. The view was breathtaking. The house was spotless and well-stocked with all the essentials. There’s a charming British pub just two doors down, and we dined there several evenings. The food was fantastic. We tried it for breakfast one morning, but I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. We arrived in Alcudia a bit earlier than anticipated, and Joan kindly allowed us to check in early. The surrounding area is incredibly tranquil and peaceful. We will definitely stay there again.

Wir hatten noch nie eine Unterkunft mit so unglaublicher Lage! Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach wunderbar, Alcúdia ist zu Fuß in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar und ein beschauliches Städchen mit Läden, Restaurants und Altstadt. Verachiedene Sandstrände kann man mit einer kleinen Küstenwanderung erlaufen. Und die Bar am Meer mixt wunderbare Cocktails - auf Nachfrage auch für die eigene Terrasse :D

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Villa in Alcúdia mit direktem Blick auf den Strand und einer wunderschönen Terrasse, auf der man perfekt entspannen konnte. Der Ausblick und die Lage waren einfach unschlagbar. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen – es standen bereits Wasserflaschen und kleine Süßigkeiten für uns bereit, was uns direkt ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Auch Kaffeekapseln waren ausreichend vorhanden, sodass wir entspannt in den Urlaub starten konnten. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet: Sowohl in der Küche als auch im Bad hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll vorbereitet. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in einer wirklich schönen Unterkunft, in der wir wunderbar abschalten und uns bestens erholen konnten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Prachtig ruim Spaans huis direct aan zee. Voor 6 volwassen personen heel geschikt. Heel mooi uitzicht vanaf het terras. Prima uitgeruste keuken. Koffie-/eettentje om de hoek. Alcudia met leuke restaurantjes en supermarkten op loopafstand. Met gehuurde fietsen was alles nog gemakkelijker te bereiken. Ook Port d' Alcudia en Pollenca per fiets heel goed te doen.
