  • Just a few meters from the beautiful Alcúdia beach, you'll find the two-story holiday apartment Ca Na Kika. The apartment features a bright living/dining room with large windows, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 2 with two single beds), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, board games, toys, children's books, a crib, and a high chair. Outside, there is a balcony on the first floor and a furnished loggia overlooking the garden, where you'll find comfortable loungers on the lawn and a private barbecue. Within 200 m or a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a restaurant and a supermarket, and the fantastic sandy Alcúdia beach is just 300 m or a 3-minute walk from the property.



    Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included. Electricity consumption is available for an extra fee.

Great holiday

Pros: We were four adults and had a great holiday and fantastic time. It's really rare to find a fully equipped apartment with four bedrooms and two bathrooms in just 3 minutes from the beach, couple of minutes from a supermarket and a bakery. The host Kika and her mum Antonia were always available for any kind of questions and assistance. With translation apps the communication was flawless and very quick. Everything was perfect!!!
