  • This cosy apartment in the heart of the port of Alcudia offers a fantastic location with breathtaking sea views. Just steps away from the long, beautiful beach of Alcudia, the apartment is surrounded by a charming promenade lined with excellent restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Recently renovated, the apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and stunning sea views, and the other with two single beds. It also includes a modern bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs.

    The spacious living-dining room is a welcoming area where you can relax and enjoy the views, with direct access to a lovely terrace furnished with a table and chairs. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort throughout your stay, and Wi-Fi is also available for your convenience. As part of the complex, you’ll have access to two community pools, including a large one and a small pool for children, all surrounded by sun loungers and a grassy area, exclusively for residents.

    With everything you need for a perfect holiday, this apartment offers a great opportunity to enjoy the best of Mallorca without the need for a car.
