Spectacular finca “Damian” located in the magnificent area of Puerto de Alcúdia a few meters from the white sandy beach of wall, with capacity for 12 guests finca “Damian” is waiting for you.



The tranquility of the rural atmosphere so close to the beach is only possible if you come to finca “Damian. ”



The exterior that surrounds the estate is made of natural stone quarry, at all times you will notice the great rural style of this wonderful environment.



The terrace area is surrounded by a garden bordering the pool area of 7m x 4'5m wide, just get out of taking a dip you can lie down in the comfortable hammocks and dry the water drops, read a good book or have a good refreshing drink in a heavenly atmosphere like this magnificent space.



The large covered porch will give you unforgettable moments with your family or friends, in front of the swimming pool illuminated at night with the grill on, thanks to the market of Alcudia you can find fresh products of the day and enjoy them with a good bottle of wine from Can Coleto.



From the terrace through a light door we will be able to access the interior of the property, we will access the area of the spacious and well-lit living room, where we will find a large beige sofa that invites us to relax after a busy day at the beach, if we want to watch TV with international channels you are in luck because here you can do it.



For those who love cooking, we will find it on the same floor fully equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge, stove, and many more things that will make it a comfortable holiday.



“Finca Damian” has 6 fully equipped bedrooms, in 3 of them we will find double bed with fitted wardrobes, in the remaining 3 rooms we will find single beds of 90cm width each,



The 3 bathrooms are fully equipped and designed for the guest.

Superbe villa

Nous avons passer une semaine géniale. Des petites attentions a nôtre arrivée mis par la propriétaire. Villa spacieuse et piscine au top.En cas de soucis Katy est tres reactive.En tout cas nous sommes prêts à revenir chez laty.
