Beautiful Location, View in Alcudia Beach area

This lovely location has most everything you need - enjoyed use of the kayaks! It is a good value for the money relative to other area properties. It was clean and ready for our arrival. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the beds: the mattresses are quite thin, and the bed sheets are substandard.

There are not any air condition installed. That was troublesome. We tried to sleep with open windows but when we were sleeping we got a lot of bites from mosquitos. There is obviously no reception, but we the company Villafinca helped us twice during the week we stayed at this apartment. They were extremely helpful.

Nice older home needs ac on bedroom level

Great less expensive option for large groups in cooler seasons. It should be stated clearly that there is no air conditioner in the bedrooms level. We were there for a heat wave that was very humid. We all ended up sleeping in living room and moving mattresses to livingroom to survive. Two of our group got heat stroke. Also the swimming here is not the best as seaweed many feet deep is typical on this shore. Really need ac on bedroom level even if necessary to only have upper or lower ac on at once due to older limited electric supply. Kayaks are nice plus. But will choose home with ac and on other side of peninsula next time

Eine sehr schöne, ruhige Lage, direkt am Meer. Meeresrauschen, Palmen. Im Haus war sehr viel Neues. Matratzen, Kissen, Kissenbezüge, genauso auf der Terrasse.

Villa avec une très belle vue

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La villa a une très belle vue sur la mer, c’est très apaisant. Nous n’avons pas aimé nous baigner dans cette mer, parce qu’il avait des galets et des herbes marines. Nous avons préféré prendre la voiture et aller à la plage de Muro, qui se trouve à 15 mn en voiture.

Une superbe villa avec balcon qui donne sur la mer très belle vue et très pratique pour se baigner dès que l’on veut. Très spacieux idéal pour voyager en groupe. Très pratique d’avoir une place de parking privé dans le jardin. Mise à disposition de canoës, très sympa pour aller sur la mer en face. Petit bémol il faisait très chaud et il n’y a pas la Clim mais je recommande ce logement !

Localización perfecta al lado del mar,sitio tranquilo y con vistas preciosas, poco tráfico y jardín bien cuidado y muy útil. Muy recomendable y volveríamos encantados. Seria genial que hubiera un calentador de agua (Kettle) eléctrico y que hubiera agua para beber y un poco de gel, champú, y jabón de manos. Griferia de alguna ducha un poco vieja,oxidada. Algún olor de humedad en el piso de arriba.”. Presión de agua un poco baja para duchas.

“Très belle maison, beau jardin dans un cadre magnifique. Il est indispensable d'avoir une voiture, à moins que vous désiriez faire du golf pendant toutes vos vacances. Le golf est au bout de la rue. Prenez du papier WC avec vous, c'était vraiment limite le premier soir! Heureusement que nous étions seulement 5!”

Würden es nicht mehr nehmen

Lage ist Top Fotos sind schöner als die Realität. Das Haus ist runter gekommen, dürftig rennoviert, die Betten sind sehr billig. Es hat keine Klima, entsprechend ist es heiss im Sommer, Spätsommer( Ende Sept. Anfang Okt trotz geschlossenen Jalousinen sehr heiss) Küche und deren Geräte sind sehr alt, das Geschirr haben wir vor der Nutzung nochmals abgewaschen, Waschmaschine wäscht nicht ausreichend. Schöne, sehr ruhige Lage. Ein Naturstrand ist in Laufnähe, das ist top. Die Kayaks waren auch super! Eine Frechheit: Die Stromkosten sind zusätzlich zu bezahlen, im Angebot und im Vertrag stehen XY Eur / kWh, jedoch kommt der Besitzer, welcher kein Wort Englisch kann, und verrechnet pauschal mehr als einstelligen mittleren EUR pro Tag. Ein wiederspruch, zumal auf anderen Anbieterplattformen kein Strom separat bezahlt werden muss. Es war kein Horrorurlaub, jedoch haben wir ein anders Verständnis von klarer Kommunikation, Vertragsbedingung und Darstellung eines Zustandes. Also wir buchen das auf keinen Fall mehr!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Golf - 0463. The setting is superb - on the seafront in a quiet, affluent district. There are good beaches within walking distance, as well as a Michelin-listed restaurant that is reasonably priced. The house is also well setup for children - lots of toilets, a bath, the stairs are safe and the garden is large and fenced. Three of the bedrooms have sea view, and that view is simply spectacular. Thank you Bettina and we look forward to staying again.
