Havana - house with pool in Playa de Alcudia

The semi-detached house is part of a small complex of 6 houses. It has the ground floor at the same level as the garden area. On this floor, it has a large living room, very bright, given its large window that gives us access to the terrace, where we will find comfortable sofas, garden table and chairs, to enjoy breakfast and lunch in the outdoor environment , and near the pool. From this terrace, you can directly access the common garden area and a large pool.

In the living room we will find a large cheslong sofa, coffee table, as well as a dining table with six chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, vitro, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, etc. It has ample space, where there is also a small table.

Before climbing to the first floor, we have a toilet that gives us service to this floor, without the need to climb stairs.

On the second floor are the bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and separate shower and integrated into the main room. All rooms have a window that provides natural light.
There are two double rooms with single beds, each of them. We have a bathroom that serves these two rooms, and has a bathtub with shower.

The main room has a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

From this floor, you access the upper part of the house, where there is a large terrace with panoramic view and a table with chairs.

The house is located in a quiet residential area and only about 500 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in the bay of Alcudia. In the area, you can find supermarkets, restaurants and all services. It is also ideal for cycling and any sport, such as canoeing or paddle boarding, since there is a navigable lake, just a few meters away, which also offers a pleasant walk. Very close to the house, you can enjoy the restaurant S'oli Verge, which has daily menus and an excellent menu with very good value for money. Likewise, if you want to enjoy high cuisine, you can enjoy the Maca de Castro restaurant, which has a Michelin star. As well as Danny´s Burgers and Jardín, which are in the same area. Alcudia has a wide range of quality where among other things you can enjoy sailing, being able to access the most spectacular coves with small boats, which, no doubt, we recommend. It is also essential to visit the old town and enjoy its streets and restaurants.

At about 300 meters, they have a bus stop, with regular line, to move easily, as well as taxi service and car or motorcycle rental.
