LUXURIOUS DESIGN APARTMENT ON THE BAY OF PUERTO ALCUIDA. IT IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST LINE OF THE SEA WITH FANTASTIC VIEWS TO THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA.
THIS APARTMENT HAS BEEN FULLY RENOVATED AND DECORATED.
  TO START THERE IS A HUGE SOLARIUM OF 75 METROS SQUARE WITH JACUZZI, BARBECUE, HAMMOCKS, SOFA, TABLE, PLANTS ... TOTALLY PRIVATE!!!
THE APARTMENT HAS WIFI. THERE ARE 90 SQUARE METERS: SALON DINING ROOM WITH TV SALETITE, A LARGE KITCHEN WITH COMPLETE EQUIPMENT AND OVEN, MICROHONDAS, VITROCERAMIC, DISHWASHER .... THREE BEDROOMS: ONE DOUBLE WITH BATHROOM, OTHER WITH TWO INDIVIDUAL BEDS AND ANOTHER WITH AN INDIVIDUAL BED .
THE APARTMENT HAS TWO BATHROOMS WITH SHOWER AND HAIR DRYER.
IT HAS A NICE TERRACE WITH DIRECT VIEWS TO THE BEACH,
IF YOU WANT IT, YOU CAN USE THE SWIMING POOL OF ANOTHERS APARTMENTS, SITUATED AT 300MT FROM THE APARTMENT.

Alcuda beach stay

wonderfull location right on the beach, quiet in mornings and evenings, everything you need in walking distance. Manager was very helpful and and made for easy checkin and check out. Definitely would stay again.

The beach is beautiful, location excellent and the unit was well equipped. There is not an elevator. We did not find this an issue but some may want to know as the unit is on the 3rd floor. We appreciated all the little extras Miquel left for us. We would definitely come back!

The location was excellent, we had a great view of the beach. Walking distance to grocery stores and local restaurants. The private rooftop patio was an added bonus! Our host Miquel was very responsive and addressed issues quickly. We would stay here again!

This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in during our travels. The location is unbeatable. The apartment is perfect and spacious for five people. The host was gracious, kind, and helpful. Excellent apartment in a fantastic location.

This place has everything we needed. The rooftop terrace is amazing, private with superb views of the beach. The apartment is close to everything you could need. We had an issue picking up our hire car but in the end it didn’t matter because the apartment is so conveniently located near to shops and restaurants. Miquel was a great host and was available if we needed anything.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung direkt beim Strand. Gut eingerichtet mit Grill und alles was man braucht in der Küche. Ruhig zu Der Jahreszeit im Mai. Garagenplatz war von Vorteil.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Appartement und gemütlich eingerichtet. Nicht steril, man fühlt sich wohl. Die Nähe zum Meer ist wirklich fantastisch. Alles sauberEs sind Kleinigkeiten: es gibt keinen vernünftigen Sonnenschirm für die riesige Terrasse. Nur diese kleinen Strandschirme die dafür leider nicht geeignet sind. Die Auflagen der Sonnenliege sollten mal gereinigt werden (sind stark fleckig). Ein paar Fliesen der Terrasse sind locker. Ich persönlich fände ein bisschen mehr Grün für die große Terrasse noch toller, die vorhandenen Grünpflanzen wirken etwas vernachlässigt. Handtuchhalter in den Bädern wackeln. Allgemeines Problem dass Schränke muffig riechen, trotz Lufterfrischer. Der Großteil von uns hat aus dem Koffer gelebt.. größerer Wasserfleck an der Decke in einem der Bäder, sollte bei Gelegenheit überdeckt werden Es hat dem Urlaub keinen Abbruch getan, aber es würde nochmal wertiger wirken und der Anzeige (luxuriös) entsprechen. Am Ende sind das alles Dinge die vor der Anreise von Gästen geregelt oder abgestimmt werden können.Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter

Super verblijf met fijn dakterras

Met vijf personen hadden we alle ruimte in dit appartement. Keurige badkamers en een grandioos dakterras met bbq en jacuzzi. Uitzicht op het strand is geweldig. Bij aankomst een gevulde koelkast met koude drankjes, wat een warm welkom! Echt een aanrader, wij zouden er zo weer naartoe gaan. Bedankt!

Fantastic apartment, great location

The apartment is modern. There are plenty of space, and with a huge rooftop area. Nice jacuzzi, gas barbecue and large sitting area and sunbeds. The apatment is at the beach front. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Supermarket and multiple restaurants and bars within 400 meters. The host was helpful. One drawback is that only one bedroom and the livingroom area has airconditioning. The other two bedrooms are really hot and damp.
