Der wunderschöne Ort Alcúdia in der Nähe, der auch gute Bademöglichkeiten in der Bucht von Alcudia bietet (flach abfallender Feinsandstrand), sehr schöner und gepflegter Pool, schattige Terrasse, Grundstück eingebettet in ein Olivenhain, gute Betten, jedes Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage

Eine sehr kinderfreundliche Unterkunft, Es gibt sogar eine Treppensicherung für kleine Kinder an der Unter- und Oberseite der Treppe, Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und gab uns Tipps, Sie brachte uns sogar Decken, als es etwas kühler wurde, Ein sehr charmantes Haus und ein wunderschöner Garten mit Pool, umgeben von nichts, Man hört die Straße nur gelegentlich, aber eher Esel und andere Tiere, Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit,

Geräumige Residenz mit ausgezeichneter Klimaanlage, ideal für heißes Wetter. Pool von angemessener Größe mit schönem Garten und Pflanzen. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit großem Kühlschrank. Betten sind bequem. Das Duschbad im Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse ist ausgezeichnet, insbesondere nach der Benutzung des Pools. Gastgeber Pedro ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Ort ist sicher und friedlich und daher perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Zentral gelegen zwischen den beiden Hauptresorts Alcudia und Pollenca. Das Haus ist frei von Ungeziefer, was angesichts der mallorquinischen Flora ein Plus ist.

Das Haus hat uns im Grunde genommen sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die Ruhe und die gute Lage, Als eine 8-köpfige Familie (4 Paare) brauchten wir 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder sind vorhanden! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet zum Kochen, sogar ein Grillabend ist machbar, Die Sonne begrüßt die Terrasse schon in den frühen Morgenstunden, Der Swimmingpool war spaßig, Tischtennis und Schach haben uns erfreut, Pedro kümmert sich um das Haus und die Gäste, er war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend uns gegenüber (Kommunikation auf Spanisch!)

Sehr schöne mediterrane Finca! Die Zimmer und Bäder sind gut aufgeteilt! Das Haus ist großzügig und der Garten ist schön gepflegt, mit einem großen, sauberen Pool! Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und die Lage ist optimal, In etwa 10 Minuten ist man direkt in Alcúdia und am Strand! Die Abwicklung war einfach und freundlich, Unsere Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir haben die Finca mit 7 Freunden besucht, Alles war perfekt, Hervorragende Lage, ausgezeichnete Ausstattung und Sauberkeit!
